Often we're trained to feel bad when we spend money on ourselves.That type of thinking and stinginess can be hurtful to our partnership's wellbeing.

Use your appearance for purpose. In the process of the changes I've been making it's been a really great tool for me to look in the mirror and be reminded of what I'm working on.

When one of us has anxiety the other may not even realize it but it affects us. This is a story about an instance this happened where Brad was feeling anxious and he wasn't even aware of it.

Being in pain sucks but it doesn't have to punish all those around us. Here I share a story of taking self responsible action on my own behalf to keep myself in check and not have myself and everyone around me suffering.
