When we pause throughout our day, it changes everything. The more you turn towards yourself and pause from the busyness of your life, the easier it becomes to settle down. Noticing the pausing in every breath allows you to drink in the space inside of you, a space where you can take refuge and emerge refreshed and revitalized.
Being present means that we tend to the moment again and again. Every time you notice your breath, you are resetting to presence. It is very simple and it takes practice. I invite you to take a few minutes and allow your attention to rest in the present, thanking yourself for cultivating your ability to reset to presence.
Making room means opening to receive who you are, what you’re doing. When we make room to receive ourselves—when we take the time to really be present—we receive everything in a more detailed way. In life, it’s very important and nourishing to make room to receive. So make room with me in this guided meditation.
Being alive is such a privelege. This becomes clearer to me everyday. The heart has many ways of calling us home, of bringing us into the poignancy of being alive. From moments of blis to life testing situations, What I know to be true is that both are sacred and both invite us into a sense of what it means to be present and fully alive. So I invite you to sit quietly, close yoru eyes, and drop into what it is that is calling you home in this meditation.
Lately I’ve been reflecting about how important it is to stop and recognize the simple things that are so easily taken for granted, how important it is to recognize them and be grateful for them. When we experience these moments of celebration for the little things in life, they add up to our bank account of goodness. Join me in this mediation and tap into goodness
Because our primary relationship is with ourselves, in order to have a healthy relationship and attract a partner who wants to have a healthy relationship, we must align with ourselves. The first step in aligning with yourself is to love yourself. Imagine yourself wrapped in a blanket of love, a blanket woven from kindness, care, generosity, and compassion. It’s a blanket big enough to cover all parts of you. Join me in this mediation, wrap yourself in self-love.
It can be so easy for us to get disenchanted, to become dissatisfied with our lives and to take things for granted. Let's keep wonder alive in our hearts.
Listening is a skill that everyone can cultivate, a skill that we can rely on to guide us through this mysterious life that is so full of challenges and tests, opportunities and blessings. Let us cultivate the exquisite discipline of listening today.
Self-love is essential. It is the foundation for how we are with ourselves, with each other, and in the world. I invite you to approach yourself with love and notice how good it feels to listen to your body, notice how love heals and provides profound nourishment for every cell and fiber of your body and being.
I find it so helpful to walk through the world in this everchanging somewhat chaotic state with my attention to silence. Silence is here, and silence is steady. And just like any relationship, your relationship with silence will grow the more you tend to it. So I'd like to invite you to this meditation to fall more deeply in love with silence.
With the world in this rapidly changing state, it can be hard to sleep. Sleep is a sacred time for you to let go of everything. It gives us our bandwidth, nourishes our bodies and is what enables us to see clearly and respond consciously. I hope this meditation supports you in getting a restful and rejuvenating sleep.
This is an offering from my heart to sustain you during this challenging time. As we are sheltering in place, I’d like to offer you the possibility to shelter in the vastness love. This is an invitation to live with an open heart and embrace our vulnerability.
Let yourself feel the lusciousness of each breath and be grateful for who you are. Experience yourself as sacred and worthy. Breathe, receive and turn toward who you are. Remember who you are and be grateful.
I hear so often from people that they feel stuck in looping thoughts. There is another option. It’s to interrupt the habit patterN and clear your head. Today you are invited to fully let go of thoughts that are causing you to feel stressed out or unhappy. What if it's possible to let go of thoughts that don’t serve you in your life? This meditation is an offering in service of you feeling free and calm.
