Talking all about that “bully” that lives in the back of your mind churning out negative thoughts and feelings that don’t mean a thing. How you can overcome it and what you can do about it. Believing in yourself. Achieving your goals and simply saying “no” to the bully. Telling yourself that you CAN do it and that the word “YET” is a very important word.
