Our mind is a remarkable place where our emotions, thoughts, and memories live. Yet, it is also a place where many of us struggle. We know the well-being of our mind is important, but how can we promote a healthy mind within ourselves? My idea, share the wealth. Though the topic is becoming more widespread, the conversation around mental health, and about mental illness specifically, is still vastly stigmatized in our culture. We need to help each other. “Mind Accepted” is a podcast that dives into open and honest discussions about mental health, mental illness, and all that comes with it.
