As Robin and Matz who were running MyMUN so far are moving on to other projects, the quartett of Alex, Alex, Jonas and Tobi from MUN Command are taking over. In this first podcast of the new age, Jonas and Alex introduce themselves, their vision and how you can get involved.

In Episode 3, our guest Jonathan Sasson, President of Canadian Model United Nations, talks to us about what it means to set up a successful, country-wide MUN association to really bring a community together.

In this Episode, we talk about the status of data protection, privacy and security in MUN, what the General Data Protection Regulation can do to improve that, what you as an MUN Delegate can do to assert your "data subject" rights, and what mymun does to stay GDPR compliant. After giving a brief introduction into what the GDPR is, and why it matters to MUN worldwide, we're twisting the knife on a lot of major players in the MUN world (including Best Delegate, MUNPlanet, THIMUN, HNMUN) that don't have acceptable (or compliant) privacy policies in place. We're also encouraging all MUNers to educate themselves and assert their rights as data subjects, whether it's here on reddit, on mymun, or vis-a-vis any MUN conference. Lastly, we explain mymun's approach to privacy, data protection and the GDPR.

In our first episode, the show's guest is the renowned Ryan Villanueva, co-founder of Best Delegate, one of the leading companies in the field of MUN trainings and consulting. Over the course of the episode, we tackle the topics of competitiveness within MUN and the ongoing commercialization of Model UN.

In Episode 0, Robin gives an introduction to the new MUNCAST podcast, and previews some of the guests and interviews that will appear on the podcast in the next weeks and months. We're also introducing the "May Makeover" of mymun - the culmination of a big project that includes year's worth of feedback from our users, and introduces new and exciting tools and services for all our users.
