My friend Sean and I catch up over the phone, reviewing some of the good times our friends and us have had in Savannah over the years.

My rant against the game cards against humanity and an exciting update- the Giving Ghosts music festival is coming back this Fall with a whole new line up of incredible artists, performing to stop human trafficking.

Today we discuss how things changed dramatically during shelter in place and how we and our friends dealt with those changes and grew stronger by focusing on our relationship with God.

My friend Sean and I discuss the difference in pop culture lifestyles of being seen and having empty connections and positive lifestyle habits of real connection and friendships.

Every person on this Earth has a beautiful story worth telling.

Many parents don't understand how to help their children feel loved while also preparing them for the real world. Frustration training- or "sparring" as some people call it- is an interesting way parents can help their children learn how to deal with stress and frustration in a healthy way.

Many films these days portray a completely inaccurate, unrealistic version of family and interpersonal relationships. I love how The Chronicles of Narnia portrays the ups and downs of family/sibling relationships in the characters.
