Sometimes we only get one good day out of a bunch, but every day has the opportunity to be a good one! Through the inevitable highs and lows of life - especially when my body threw a wrench or two or three in my plans I held on tight and made the best of it. The absurdity of it all is bound to be entertaining as I navigate a new eating system to combat chronic post-traumatic migraines, the crazy world, and more.
