On this episode, I sit down and review an album that changed and cultivated a brand new R&B landscape in 2017, and garnered a new superstar her coveted role within the genre. We’re listening to CTRL by SZA

In this double-episode, for the first half I talk with one of my close friends, Jamari Mitchell, on what it was like being a victim of the coronavirus as well as being a black service member in these times.
