Burnout is a cultural epidemic. It costs an estimated $125 to $190 billion annually to treat, about 8% of all medical spending, and contributes to 120,000 deaths per year. But what is it? This episode explores burnout and its connection to the ancient concept of acedia, with a focus on recovering a vital connection to life energy and Purpose.
