Seven stages of grief, functional alcoholism, and casual hook-ups, we did it all. Jessica talks about her intense anger and it's not directed at quite who you'd expect. Monique shares how she masked her pain behind a brave face and how people pleasing kept her in denial longer than it should have. Get a peek inside our healing journey and learn the importance of surrounding yourself with a community you feel safe in. This week's episode is somberly uplifting? Is that a thing...? We definitely went through hell and back, but at least now we can joke about it, right?
