Welcome to Self Care is Not a Bubble Bath! Self-care is such a buzzword in our world today. But what does it really mean? More often than not, we're told to just take a relaxing bath, have a glass of wine, take some "me" time, or TREAT YO SELF. All of that is well and good, but it doesn't always equal self-care. Taking care of ourselves is hard work; it's not always relaxing, but it is always necessary. We've been trying to figure out this balance in the world of self-care and we decided to make a podcast to document our journey. We are so excited to launch this podcast in just a few short weeks.
