Bit of a serious topic, but don't worry, I'll never be THAT serious of a person. Had a bad day, but I got through what I needed to, and I thought on top of that, this would be a great time to upload a video on a topic that I'd love to address in as much detail as I can: Depression and how to manage it. Let's face it, depression isn't going anywhere; if you have it, you're probably in it for the long run. This isn't so bad though! There are ways to manage it and even leverage the pieces of a shitty situation and make them work for you, at least more than they were! Cheers, Much love.
Too many people use AAS's as a gap filler, instead of an actual supplement or a last resort to achieve a goal, be it out of impatience or laziness. These are not toys or a cool fad. Steroids can and often WILL change your life, and often not for the better. There are tons of side effects, and instead of saying "The goal is worth the sacrifice" with something like Anabolics, maybe ask yourself is the goal worth you sacrificing free time for sleep, rest, recovery, or meal prepping so your nutrition is on point. Maybe ask if you're willing to spend hours investing your time in researching nutrition and hormone based training, or rehabilitation, or intelligent programming, or just GETTING A BETTER COACH, instead of acting like it's just "bad genetics" or "I'm plateauing because this is all I can achieve". It's hard to ask yourself those questions, but it's better if you do. Food for thought. Love y'all, mean it, talk to you soon!

I was once told that fitness is an addiction, but I'd prefer to split hairs and call what they deem an "addiction" an unhealthy obsession instead. If you stopped working out today, you likely wouldn't die. 99.9% of you would be okay. But fitness is inherently part of the human condition. How can fitness be an addiction if moving is what got us here in the first place? There's a reason working out releases endorphins. There's a reason the runner's high exists. There's a REASON humanity has not hit the true limit of genetic potential, and simply: It's because the limit of humanity is both expanded yet limited by the mind. The double edged sword. The same brain that gave us Nuclear power gave us nuclear bombs. The same one that said a 4 minute mile couldn't be broken watched in awe as one man paved the way for thousands more to do the same. Our limit is ourselves, so instead of saying "what CAN I do?" try saying "Well, why CAN'T I do?".
