Have you got an idea, a side hustle or do you just want to work for yourself? So as I move deeper and deeper into my career, my life and my business I am seeing how much my mental health is affected. The more I see this in myself the more I see it in others. I am becoming tuned in to certain things people say and it is making me wonder about how many people are suffering in silence. This is such a huge subject and I have taken my first stab at it giving insights to what I do to deal with my mental health through such exercises as a responsibility transfer. The big one. If you need help ask for it. Do not suffer in silence. Catch me @mattmattmm or on LinkedIn!
Part two of the Redbull Interview edition is an interview with the amazing Simone Sistarelli who is in the hip hop hall of fame and has turned a symptom into a strength with his non-profit organisation, Popping for Parkinsons. Hear about how Simone wants to completely tear up and change the label society gives on disabilities... 'they're not patients, they're people'. This man has a great vision to change the world with his amazing dance moves bringing exercise and a better well being to people with Parkinson's. Watch his journey over on instagram @poppingforparkinson. As always you can get hold of me over @mattmattmm
Hear my very first interview coming in from Redbull HQ with Founder of Pan Pickle, RSA design winner and Redbull academy social entrepreneur Tim Chapman. Follow his journey over on instagram @panpickle and catch me on @mattmattmm.

ALSO big news... RedBull have invited me in to interview two entrepreneurs so there will be a little format change for the next episode where we will eps where we will be starting it up with someone else! BIIIG.
Here about our first business venture and what we learnt in the early days. Save yourself time money and stress by first planning your ideal and making sure its commercially viable. Patrick and I spent 3 years and thousands of pounds on this same mistake and its time you learn about it now so you do not fall into the same trap!
In this episode I speak about my own personal experience being inside my comfort zone and the growth I saw in myself as a person when I started acting outside of it. There is a real life business experience where I let you know what happened when I quit my full time in employment and I worked for my own company full time and the time I went solo skydiving and what happened when I was too far outside my area of comfort.
