Those 3 stages are the what (what you do), the how (how you do, what you do) and lastly the why (why you do what you do.) they focus on their why before anything else and create their story to fit the culture of their potential customers. They are the masters of building a continuous fan base of loyal customers!

An applicant asked me a very important question, he asked “What makes you so successful?” My answer to him was that I’m not because my definition of success is having way more than I have now. That actually inspired me to think about why I decided to become an entrepreneur? Is it because of the money? I think that’s a very important question to ask yourself BEFORE you decide to become an entrepreneur, you need to have a vision of your success before you get there. Rather it’s money, cars, clothes, giving back to the community or to simply help out your family. What’s your reason? Entrepreneurship is HARD and you need to have your vision of success to push you through those hard times!
