In this episode, we talk to Alicia Ostronic. Alicia just finished her first year as a lateral entry Biology and Earth Science teacher at a Title I school. She was selected as her school's Outstanding First Year Teacher and completed a rigorous teacher licensing program to become a certified teacher. She has lots of great advice for new teachers to start the year.
