Michelle is a 2000 Olympian, Co-Head Coach of Coral Springs Diving Club in Coral Springs, Florida, and a mom of two. During this episode of The Deep End, Michelle discusses how the balancing act of full time coaching with family life and the importance of still making time for self-care. Editor's Note:  During this episode, Michelle speaks on balancing childcare with two working parents and mentions her children attending diving practices with her. USA Diving leaves decisions regarding children on deck during practice up to the individual aquatic center's policies with the individual coach assuming the risk.  We would like to clarify that non-competing children can not and should not be on deck during any USA Diving sanctioned meet.
