Playwright Andrew Carroll's new play features an all-student cast and is directed by Chapman University professor John Benitz. "If All the Sky Were Paper" was inspired by American soldiers’ letters from war ranging from the American Civil War to the war in Afghanistan. This compelling historical drama depicts the personal experiences of “everyday” American heroes – many of them men and women who never saw themselves as anything but ordinary.

Director Tom Bradac and designer Don Guy, professors in the Department of Theatre at Chapman University, Orange, CA, discuss their production of Shakespeare's "Macbeth". Cast members demonstrate "knife play", fight choreography, and the traditional Shakespearean device of comedy in the midst of tragedy. Highlights from the production feature "filmic techniques" and a "post apocalyptic" set.
