Tachycardias - Pitfalls in management of the fast and unstable

Unstable tachycardias represent a special set of problems for EMS.  Pitfalls include differentiating primary cardiac issues from mimics such as sepsis and use of antidysrhythmics such as amiodarone.  We also talk about calling a STEMI in the field, bigeminy and there's a bonus rant about EKG telemetry that degenerates into talking about the 70s TV show EMERGENCY! which, to be honest, isn't uncommon around here.
