Anyone else feeling the blah-ness lately? I hope this general reading will help you feel a little more empowered in acceptance, self-love, and optimism!
This past week, I was feeling kind of stuck in a situation in my life. And, when you get stuck on something -- whether it's a relationship struggle or just a blah feeling or any kind of obstacle, I find it's really easy to get lost in your own thoughts and not see the big picture. I don't always have the patience to wait things out or analyze the situation. So, I put together this spread to help.
I've found that using these 5 questions has helped me transition from a place of helplessness to better align myself in a way that makes me feel more empowered.
All of this got me feeling super pumped to talk about journaling again, so here we are! I think journaling is one of the absolute best tools to use for just about any type of task that you're undertaking. If you have any type of aversion to doing it, I encourage you to take a fresh look at the benefits of daily writing and the variety of ways in which you can do it -- from a few a sentences to more lengthy entries.
My simple method for doing a general Tarot reading for a friend, client, or yourself! Also, a strange miracle at the DMV!
The more that I work with my intuition, the more I realize that there really is no 'learning curve' in order to tap into it. By definition, intuition is the ability to understand something immediately, without need for conscious reasoning. If that's true, that your intuition is basically a knowing without trying to know… then how can you learn how to listen to it? The short answer is that you can't, and you don't have to. You already listen to your intuition every single day probably without ever even realizing it.
This topic is sometimes controversial in that some readers believe that you can't read Tarot for yourself. Well, I'm here to tell you: that's simply not true. Reading Tarot for yourself is such a wonderful way to practice self-care and mindfulness, to tap into your intuition and to honor your inner voice and higher power.
This week, I want to talk to you about your life purpose or life’s work. If you’re a regular reader of my blog, you’ll know that I often find myself in a funk or up against a block, and I’m slinging cards to help me find the answer to what’s causing it...
