Winning needs to be at the very core of our being, whether winning as a great parent, spouse, child, employee or employer. We win when we lead in a followable path that makes others rise up.
Identifying Super Performers. In this episode, we are going to identify our traits and abilities which super perform in our lives. what is important for winning is to be able to make sure we don't allow the easy things in our lives or things that come naturally to dominate so we never work on weaknesses. If you don't face the music on the weak parts then we cap out at top out way earlier than what we should. We win when we get all the ability we have all firing at once.
This episode is all about gaining the right perspective so you can win every single day.
In this episode, we are going to learn how to create something from nothing. It is so exciting to know we all have the ability to bring an idea from paper to being a real-life entity. We are faced with daily challenges along with life long challenges and being able to create the necessary means to deal constructively with these challenges is what winning is all about. We win when we can face our lives head-on with the knowledge of how to handle any obstacle.
This is one of my favorite chapters. We are going to discuss what aggressive friendliness is and how to do it. What is our value to a customer- Terrible-indifferent-created value? We will catch the President of the company Walking the Talk exhibiting great leadership by doing what she asks and not be too good to give herself a pass. Let's find the cultures at our business which add value and stop the culture which takes it away. We will figure out what pixie dust is and if it is real.
In this chapter, Disney gives us the reason to show special attention to the little details. We will challenge ourselves to find the areas where we just get by instead of exceeding the customers' expectations. Even Disney has limited resources so we will figure out where to concentrate our efforts in order to get the biggest return. We will go over the importance of "Imagineering". We are going to find things our customers can brag about us creating that retention we want.
We will go over the first three chapters in this episode. We get introduced to 5 characters plus the moderator of the group. We want to use the introduction of the characters to find who we are being represented by and who we work with. We learn: Disney is tough on vendors but fantastic to employees. Any major changes create major opportunity We will go over what habits we need to break The big key of the chapter is to recognize who is our competition? this is a huge key to success and Disney puts it right up front.
In this episode, we are going to shake the ground loose and rid ourselves of those false securities we hold onto which add nothing to our lives. We will challenge ourselves to stop believing in bad ideas. Too many times we hold traditions as some sacred oath and if we learn to challenge these notions we will succeed in breaking old useless ways which are just holding us back. We win when we learn to let go of the old and accept new winning ways.
Is there anything worse than starting your day with a negative attitude? In this episode we will discuss the way to start your day in a winning way. We will learn about the B.L.O.C.K. technique which stops negative thoughts. Regardless of when you have negative thoughts let's fix it by learning how to attack it. Negative thoughts don't produce positive movement. We win when we turn the space we use for negativity into positive thought for production.
Breaking through the self-inflicting barriers we impose on ourselves. In this episode, we ask the question of where you need a breakthrough. Are you trying to quit smoking or lose weight? Are you trying to get a promotion? We will dissolve those imaginary barriers in your head stopping you from reaching your goals. We win when we gain power over barriers which have stopped us in the past.
In the second part, we learn to rethink the ways a successful person thinks. If you are going to diet then diet the way a skinny person eats not the way an overweight person tries to lose weight. If you need to save money then look to a successful role model who is demonstrating these actions. We win when we can change our mindsets from the way we were improperly trained to a successfully proven mindset which reaches this or her goals.
In this episode, we will discuss overcoming obstacles in our lives which we don’t think we have power over. We will find out that many of the obstacles we think are unmovable are actually very easy to move once we learn the technique to remove it. We win when we realize and use the poser we have to clear our own paths.
We are going to finish the discussion by going over what want motivation is and how it affects us. We will again dive into real-life situations to give you real ways to overcome any obstacle you come against or goal you seek. We win when we gain power over our minds to be able to reach any goal we want.

We are going to find out how you are motivated and give real-life action plans to help ensure once you focus on something you don’t give up. We win when we can stay focused on a project until it is complete.
