Word Wisdom

The Apostle Paul says that we are to contend for our faith with the same diligence that an athlete trains for a marathon.  If we win the battle, we stand to receive a glorious prize.  Not only do we fight diligently, but we also fight strategically for the ultimate goal.  He warns us about the danger of thinking we have arrived, and instructs us that our works must be mixed with our faith.

The last night of The Gateway First Conference was bitter sweet, as it seemed we did not really want it to end.  It was, however, a great success!  Ps.
