Katie Piper joins Dom and his new co-host, Ella in today's episode!  Katie talks through her career over the past decade and how she overcomes personal and societal obstacles. Dom and Ella celebrate Zebedee's nomination at BFC Change Makers Awards and tell some funny stories about the teams alcohol fuelled antics (sorry Ellie Goulding). Two new Zebedee editorials have been release in collaboration with Vogue Italia and Elle Bulgaria, featuring our amazing diverse talent. 

In today's episode, Dom and Alice are graciously joined by the world renowned photographer, RANKIN! They talk about Rankin's experience in the media industry through the past decades and how being inclusive and representative came naturally to his work. Alice and Dom also wish Zebedee Talent's Sophie, Amy and Jack good luck at the Paralympics as they embark on the road to Tokyo. In some sad news, it's Alice's last day!
