In this episode, I’ll be using The Work of Byron Katie to question a popular thought, I need to keep a positive attitude. The goal of these thought work sessions is to free ourselves from the stress, anxiety and suffering caused by some of our beliefs. Beliefs like this one most often stem from something we learned in childhood. Maybe we were told not to feel a certain way, maybe we felt that if we expressed our emotions we’d be a burden to other people.
