Hey guys ! I'm Chris I'm just your typical gay who loves pop music and has a lot of opinions about it ! Please share with all your friends and any listens/ feedback is appreciated. Thank you !
Hey guys ! Sorry for the time between this and the last podcast but I’m back and discussing 2017’s strongest an weakest pop debuts. I discuss: Billie Eilish, Zara Larsson, Dua Lipa and SZA. Hope you enjoy !
Coming to you live from Norwich with my best friend Amelia we review Halsey’s “Hopeless Fountain Kingdom” album in 3 parts (...I know) but we get into it ! We talk attaching music to problematic artists and working with problematic artists which are popular regardless. Big thanks to Amelia for being on my podcast and reviewing an album I know she loves ! Hope u enjoy !
Charli seems to be one of the only pop girls out there who really understands pop music and more importantly she understands her audience! Miss XCX positioned herself further into the mainstream this year with "after the after party" and "boys" which received endless amounts of radio play but I prefer Charli at what she does best - underground, experimental, club sounding pop like the Vroom Vroom EP or No 1 Angel. No 1 Angel may not have the lyrical content you're looking for but is definitely replay-able and perfect for a getting ready to go out sound track.
Listen to me as a witter on about how this is Lana's worst album (don't come for me!) but I still support it ! I just haven't found myself wanting to revisit this. Standout tracks: cherry, 13 beaches
Hey guys ! Sorry I haven't posted in a while but I'm back and retro reviewing ArtAngels by the barely known and incredibly underrated artist Grimes! a great experimental pop album which works well!
Lorde really took my wig off with this body of work- definitely worth the 4 year wait for album 2! BEST ALBUM OF 2017 SO FAR
Katy Perry faced a lot of criticism during her Witness era some of it rightfully so (*cough* Migos) but I like to think she was trying something new but did it always work? Please share ! Thank you
Episode 3 of me wittering on about pop music! I review the latest pop to country crossover album from Miley Cyrus. "Younger Now" lacked what I've always loved from Miley: her attitude. Please share!
The second part of my review of Demi Lovato'a latest album "Tell Me You Love Me". I really enjoyed this album, probably my favourite body of work from Demi.
Just another gay reviewing another pop release. Hope u Enjoy (part 1)
