Ever wonder what two veterinarians thought about their reality TV counterparts? No? Well this is awkward. What if I told you they are two friends with no podcasting experience? Still no? Now you’re just being rude. If you’d like to provide feedback, submit questions, or send death threats, please email us at DVMTpodcast@gmail.com
Happy Howl-oween!! We are too busy nursing a candy hangover to really dedicate time for a witty description; however, in this episode Katy and Jeff have the distinct pleasure of reviewing the cinematic masterpiece known as Spooky Buddies of the AirBud-iverse. Topics covered include Las Vegas, running, ASMR TikTok, and all things paw-tastic. As always, you can find us on instagram @DVMTpod or reach out to us via email at DVMTpodcast@gmail.com with any questions, comments, or concerns. Please address all hate mail to Katy. Don't forget to rate, review, and subscribe! Stay spooky!
After a brief hiatus (calling it brief makes us feel better) Katy and Jeff are back and ready to discuss more relevant pop culture references like Jurassic Park. As they enter new chapters of their residencies, so too the podcast enters a new chapter. Welcome to season 2! What can be expected in their second season? Inconsistent releases, TV shows no one requested, and more! This episode Katy and Jeff discuss where they have been during the brief (very brief) break, how to properly train dinosaurs, and you guessed it, Pokemon Go. Can they not go like one episode without mentioning it? Will they ever find a new hobby? This episode doesn't really answer either of those questions. As always, you can find us on instagram @DVMTpod or reach out to us via email at DVMTpodcast@gmail.com with any questions, comments, or concerns. Please address all hate mail to Katy. A special thank you to everyone who has reached out in the past few weeks with encouraging words! We do this for you. Don't forget to rate, review, and subscribe! And don't forget to tell a friend!
Let's be honest... we recorded this episode so long ago, we don't even really remember what we talked about. I believe there was lengthy discussion on Pokemon Go (to be fair, we did edit out about an hour of this), butts, and maybe some veterinary stuff? At this point, we are just happy to have something to offer you. We apologize for the delay, Jeff has been off studying for board exams, secluded in a library surrounded by books he should have read twice already but hasn't read at all. Katy really has no excuses, so I don't know what her deal is. Anyways, we hope you enjoy this lengthy episode (we made it longer because we knew you had missed us). I would give you more empty promises about being more regular with episodes but we know that'll only hurt you more. In honor of all the students and interns going through the Match, we are releasing a very special episode that has nothing to do with it! On this episode we review Season 1 Ep 1 of Dr. Jeff Rocky Mountain Vet entitled One More Chance (though we butcher this name when reviewing it). The review includes a lengthy discussion of all the materials you can cook with an air fryer, how the femur looks oddly like a penis when drawn on a white board, and we learn proper surgical attire includes flip flops and exposed armpit hair.
This week Katy and Jeff are joined in the kitchen studio by special guest Dr. Alanna Farrel for their shortest episode yet! The team reviews season 1 episode 1 of Dr. Oakley - Yukon Vet and discuss relevant topics like shark attacks, intern reality shows, the high of canceling plans, and glass blowing. As always if you have any questions, comments, concerns, or just want to let us know that somebody is listening please feel free to reach out to us at DVMTpodcast@gmail.com
This episode Katy and Jeff set a false pretense on how often they will release episodes, recap the year with the Pols, discuss child chainsaw laborers, brag about all the presents they got, teach proper llama etiquette, and ring in the new year with hurtful student reviews. As always if you have any questions, comments, concerns, or feedback please feel free to reach out at DVMTpodcast@gmail.com
Welcome to DVMT, a deep dive into all things veterinary reality tv related. On this first episode we meet our hosts Jeff and Katy, discuss keeping our shirts on at work, rat nipples and so much more. We apologize for the length of the episode. Who knew introductions could take so long? We promise future episodes won’t be as long. Maybe.
