PREVIEW: South Korea, Plutonium, and Nuclear Proliferation Guest: Henry Sokolski Henry Sokolski addresses the Department of Energy's plutonium availability and the possibility of South Korea acquiring or producing plutonium to match North Korea's nuclear capabilities. Greenlighting South Korea to recycle plutonium and enrich uranium represents a major nonproliferation concern. South Korea already possesses some technology to pursue these capabilities independently, raising the stakes for policy decisions. The proliferation implications of allowing advanced nuclear fuel cycle technologies to spread beyond current holders pose significant regional and global security challenges.

On Sunday, Match of the Day's Danny Murphy suggested that Cherries are most Premier League fans' second favourite team. After witnessing Andoni's men comprehensively beat Sean Dyche's Nottingham Forest in a 2-0 home win, the BBC pundit couldn't help but praise Bournemouth's ability to get results - pointing out their fluid football, full throttle pressing, and tenacious nature - exclaiming that they are "great to watch" and "playing with a freedom that excites everyone that watches". Sam and Tom go over the weekend's clash at Vitality Stadium - a win which put Boscombe SECOND in the Premier League! In this letter to the editor, Battle Ground resident Josh Wilde scrutinizes School Board candidate Chris Grewell's campaign filings, pointing out apparent discrepancies in his Public Disclosure Commission reports. Wilde argues that such issues raise questions about accountability and transparency in a campaign built on promises of fiscal discipline. https://www.clarkcountytoday.com/opinion/letter-the-evidence-does-not-seem-to-match-the-campaign-rhetoric/ #Opinion #LetterToTheEditor #BattleGround #ChrisGrewell #PublicDisclosureCommission #CampaignFinance #Accountability #Transparency #Education #Elections #VoterTrust
Joe Thomas and Mike Duffy are back to break down Watford's 3-1 defeat to Coventry a game where Watford's defence seemed to crumble at every opportunity, yet their attack somehow walked away empty-handed despite creating plenty. Coventry took their chances when it mattered, while Watford were left ruing missed opportunities that could've seen them score four or more. ⚽ Hear the lads' honest thoughts on the performance, where it all went wrong at the back, and whether there are any positives to take going forward.

When your internal picture and your actual life don't agree, frustration, doubt, and stagnation creep in. In today's message, ET testifies about a fourth-quarter heart check with God—where the views dipped, pressure mounted, and comparison tried to set the tone. Instead of forcing outcomes, he asked for wisdom (James 1:5), stopped chasing human approval (Gal. 1:10), and watched God confirm direction with undeniable signs. This talk will push you to pick a side: talkers or builders. Keep that praise on repeat, protect your environment from doubt, and align your plan with God's plan—so the picture in your mind and the life you live finally match. Key Scriptures: Deut. 11:24 • Josh. 1:3 • Isa. 58:11 • Psalm 1:3 • Mark 5:38–43 • James 1:5–8 • Gal. 1:10 • Prov. 3:5–6 • Matt. 7:7–8 New here? Subscribe + turn on notifications. Need prayer? Derek's reaction to the 3-1 win against Kilmarnock.
Another weekend another defeat. Four in a row now as the Reds are in complete freefall. A poor performance saw Arne Slot's side twice trail Brentford by two goals and although Mo Salah struck late on, it proved to be no more than a consolation goal on the latest miserable trip to London. TLW Editor Dave Usher is joined by Ian Brown and Stu Montagu to talk through a number of big topics from tactics to mentality to Andy Robertson's comments about the lack of fight being shown.

If you follow Behavioral Observations on Instagram, you might recall that I had the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to travel to the 20th Annual Hawaii Association for Behavior Analysis conference to give the closing Keynote Address. I could devote an entire podcast episode to talking about all the wonderful people I met, the fun experiences I had, and the amazing sights I was able to take in. One of the biggest highlights though, was the opportunity to sneak in the following conversation I had with a panel of employees from Hawaii's Department of Education. It turns out that the State of Hawaii is doing some innovative work in bringing to bear specific behavioral technologies to improve the supports provided to children in school settings. This work is organized into a large scale endeavor that they have named The CARE Project. This panel consisted of Alysha Kim, Dodi Pritchett, Joshua Hoppe, and Sherene Hajiro. And before getting any further into this introduction, I want to thank my friends Katie Croce and Jamie Salter from Self and Match, for not only nudging us to have this conversation, but for also financially supporting it with a generous donation to the HABA. Here's what we talked about: The ways in which the Hawaii Department of Education differs from other state DOEs. The specific problems the CARE project was designed to address. The mindset shift from responding to preventing problem behavior. The DOE's collaboration with FTF and Emergent Learning. Specific case studies of successful interventions. How the DOE is collecting data for research purposes. The challenges of scaling these interventions in the face of staff turnover. How they turned the term "PFA/SBT" into a verb. How they see these types of supports evolving over time. Sponsor shoutouts! Frontera.
