In the case Doe v. Combs et al., No. 1:24-cv-07777-LJL, the plaintiff, Jane Doe, filed a motion to proceed anonymously, citing the highly sensitive and personal nature of her allegations against Sean Combs. She expressed concerns about potential retaliatory harm and unwanted media attention if her identity were disclosed. The court granted her motion, allowing her to file the complaint and issue summonses under a pseudonym. However, the court required her to file a renewed motion within 30 days after serving the complaint to continue proceeding anonymously; failure to do so would result in the disclosure of her name.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:gov.uscourts.nysd.629910.15.0.pdf

After the demise of the mighty Ramones there was a huge hole left in the fun-punk sub-genre. However, youngest member CJ (this fans' second fave Ramones dude (after Johnny)) stepped up and provided starving punk rockers with some great material that would have easily fit on latter era Ramones albums. So here we celebrate that material with 40 minutes of the best CJ Ramone solo material. Gabba gabba, we accept you, we accept you, one of us!!! Side One Understand Me? Jesus walks through the garden of our lives and he reaches in to see if there is fruit. Sometimes we advertise that we are fruit bearing believers but when the Lord looks for it, He might not find anything. God prunes us because that is a part of Him extending His grace towards us. God is constantly trying to remind us of how far we have come, especially if we've allowed life to make us stingy with our praise and generosity! God didn't need Mary's worship just like He doesn't need one more voice to fill the choir of heaven, but He honored Mary because she understood what time it was and who it was that she was honoring. If everything in this life belongs to God, there is absolutely nothing that did not come from the generosity of God including the breath in our lungs. With this resource all He is asking is that we take care of His bride and we as believers will take care of what he loves the most for the following reasons: 1) How much we've been loved will determine how much we love. 2) It's not that we don't have a seed to sow, it's that most of us are sowing it in the wrong place. 3) God doesn't want our money, He is only after our hearts!Stewardship is all a test and God is looking for people that are willing to trust him with taking care of their lives. If we sow our seed in the right soil it produces a tree that produces fruit that continue to carry seeds. When we sow something it gives it the potential to bear fruit that will continue to bless us in the future. So if we want more seed in our lives, let's begin to sow what we have into God and all that He loves. Our God did not hold back when He gave all of heaven to save us so in return, let's become a group of people that give him everything!

In this rendition of The Way Out, I'm ecstatic to bring you my interview with two persons in long term recovery and the co-founders of Recess Games, Alex Peacock and Nolan Wright. The mission of Recess Games is to pair those in the community with people in recovery who are seeking healthy avenues to have good clean fun while building a meaningful and purposeful life. The mission of Recess Games is near and dear to our hearts here at The Way Out, as we know how essential connection, community, purpose, and fun are to promoting meaningful and sustainable Recovery. Nolan and Alex each share their respective journeys to and through Recovery to this point with us in the inspirational and candid fashion, which is just the way we like roll here on The Way Out Podcast. Their respective experiences both prior to and in Recovery share much in common and perhaps most instructive is what is unique about their experiences as they entered and traversed their early Recovery. Nolan had a spectacular spiritual experience followed by a profound conviction to do whatever it takes to Recover. Alex experienced a far more gradual awakening, and in the beginning didn't especially want to even be in Recovery, but the more distance he put between him and his last use the more he found himself changing and truly wanting Recovery. Each no less powerful and each no less meaningful than the other, both just transformational, both just as meaningful, and both proof positive that Recovery is not just possible, but unquestionably worthwhile especially if you're having a lot of fun along the way which is unquestionably what Nolan, myself, and Alex had in the tremendous recovery discussion that's about to unfold before your very ears so listen up. Republicans don't care about a reckoning for the vaccine genocide. However, between the comeback of COVID restrictions and the ensuing budget battle, we have one more opportunity to defund the vaccines. Today, I offer the latest studies and data showing the negative efficacy and dangers of the shots. In particular, we know have numerous pieces of evidence showing the shots degrade the immune system and make the public more susceptible to pathogens … so they can force more vaccines on you! How could Congress fund these shots when we now know that top FDA officials knew about the negative efficacy before they pushed boosters? The two critical points in politics today are that we cannot allow Republicans to only focus on mandates over the shots themselves, and we cannot allow them to neutralize the energy behind the defund issue by distracting with impeachment.
