Arizona is on the precipice of an educational cliff. Teachers can leave for salaries as much as 75% higher. Many educators are at retirement age. Schools in this state are having a hard time filling the many vacancies with qualified teachers. The Education Cliff podcast series explores these issues and the role community colleges and other organizations are playing in finding solutions.
