In 2006 it all started with no other option. I had to find a solution to helping my students to start a business without money. Having a huge responsibility to help students and send out students with businesses they established in less than a year. A 12 year process, experimenting with 36 businesses and the creativity of over 350 protégés.

I share here how I have structured a deal between two partners. The problem is always how to do so fairly, especially if one partner had built the business for several years, and realized that in order to grow, an active partner is critical.
