Hi there! My names Aaron and I've been working for 13 years "FIFO" in the offshore oil & gas scene. I want to share the interesting experiences of FIFO life. But also i want to focus on mental health in our community that revolves around it. Its time to share these stories for others to understand and educate that its is OK to talk about it and grow from life's challenges. I hope you enjoy the episodes! If anyone would like to share their story and contribute, please don't hesitate to contact me. Anonymity is always an option. knowthesteps@gmail.com.
