I share the verse God used in my life to help me unravel and unwind the labels and moral value I had attached to food so I could begin eating and enjoying all kinds of foods. No more good, bad, right, wrong, healthy, unhealthy, allowed, banned, low-calorie, high calorie, fat-storing or fat-burning food. I learned that ALL food has a place in my diet, even my TRIGGER foods!! And guess what? They aren't trigger foods anymore! And the best news is you can learn how to do this too!
In this episode, I'm sharing the pro's and cons of flexible dieting as well as the difference between flexible dieting and mindful eating. I used both tools in my journey to lose weight and I give you an inside perspective to which one I prefer and why.
