I have been struggling for the last 3 weeks - I have been wanting to find weights that were: #1 good quality #2 a good price #3 came in a set #4 were in stock It didn't feel like a big issue, but with the world health situation, people being ordered to stay home, and no foreseeable future of gyms opening, people are definitely purchasing at-home equipment. I feel privileged to have the knowledge, and experience of not only working at gyms, but working out at home, and having first-hand experience in the health and fitness field to know what to look for, to know how the body works and to know what to do. However, I understand that there are a TON of people out there, that this is NEW terrain for them. So I put together a podcast episode for learning where to buy weights online, what to look for when you buy online, the style that I professionally AND personally like and do not like, the ones I have tried, my experience with them, and what to look for & why!
