Brad Nicholas (Hooks) is one of the most inspirational individuals we have had the pleasure of talking with to date. Most people would shut down after the loss of both their sibling and their father in the short period that Hooks did. However, he decided to live his dreams in their honor - to live his life to the fullest and to not give up or deny himself access to what he loves to do. And he hasn’t stopped at just wrestling - he has since become a credible film actor, appearing in “Donnybrook” and “My Days of Mercy” among others. We can all learn from Hooks’ dedication and fearlessness to step into uncomfortable situations (even physically painful ones!) and overcoming even the toughest of challenges. He also doesn’t do it alone. He notes his family, his fellow wrestlers as well as his fans who all drive him further ahead. We hope you enjoy listening to Hooks’ story as much as we enjoyed recording it.
