It’s ok to have bipolar feelings! I know this because I go through it daily. One minute I’m my happy self the next I have to deal with attorneys who do not know how to do their job! I get angry, try to breathe and then come to the beach, which is where I recorded this short and sweet little rant! Thanks for listening!

The last few days have been crazy busy. I launched my biggest program, visited lakes the countryside, experienced some Disney vibes and now back in San Diego!

Today my plan was to go live on Facebook for my new series #medchatmondays. However, I was taken on an unexpected extremely emotional roller coaster that I was so not prepared for! Needless to say I wasn’t able to show up! I feel guilty, annoyed, stressed out, burnt out, ashamed and a million other emotions so it’s best I rest up and really show up for a better show tomorrow so stay tuned for that on thehappyworkaholic.com.
