There unfortunately has been a lot of tragedies due to mental health… your feelings are valid but do what you can to make yourself better;) it's challenging but it can be done just don't give up

It is extremely frustrating for others living with a disability to understand the concept of them being different. Guess what we're all different.. as long as we're able to find our purpose we're going to be okay. Feel free to contact me at nkeltipton90@aol.com
