Jalen Whitener, and F-35 pilot trainer, tells us how he has done this throughout his military career and the impact it's made. Jalen made a decision many years ago that his life's priorities were going to be God, family, and country. By allowing God to come first in his life he has been able to mentor and train through his words and actions; showing his students the love of Christ without them even knowing it. In this week’s episode, we talk about how an attitude of gratitude becomes contagious and creates and environment that people want to be a part of. Jon Dils, General Manager of Lon's Restaurant at the Hermosa Inn has personally adopted a habit of beginning each day recognizing the things in his life that he is thankful for. Through this practice, he has been able to create a balance between the long hours required by the restaurant industry and his family. Episode 5: In this week’s episode, we’re discussing how being authentic about who we are and what we believe can open doors for conversations to take place with our co-workers. Aric Manore is a Phoenix valley police officer, who proudly serves and protects his community. Aric doesn’t shy away from his faith and has found ways to integrate into his daily routine. Whether Aric is interacting with a colleague or he’s responding to a call, he treats everyone with respect. He recognizes that behind each call there is a person and his job is to serve people.
