The oneness principle is at the core of true leadership, and true leaders invoke this oneness paradigm. Without knowing who in us leads what in us, we are typically led by ego, greed, or fear. The real self must be uncovered and the true leader awakened. It is the real self which is connected to a universal power that resides in each of us. It is by serving others and making our best effort on others' behalf, that we tap into this inner universal higher power.
How do we choose and form relationships? Do we make choices guided by what we can do for others? Or do we seek to gain something instead? We can choose and form relationships based on offering our best intentions towards others. This can apply to both business and personal relationships. Staying true to our values or finding common values with others help to build strong foundations of lasting relationships.
Where can we find guidance regarding choices? How do we define our responsibilities? We tend to see everything as being separated and not part of the greater whole. If we see that we are part of a greater One, then our responsibilities are re-defined: they are not limited to our immediate self or family. From that perspective, we can make decisions in the presence of the greater power or Oneness.
