Mental clarity and physical wellbeing can be deeply cultivated, and still something continues to loop beneath the surface. Old patterns resurface, familiar emotions flood the body, and the same inner reactions repeat despite years of conscious work.    Energetic health lives in the layer where these loops originate, outside of linear time, stored not as stories but as programs within the body's field.
