WHAT THE WHAAAT. This WEEK. That is all. I think this has been the most topsy-turvy week of all times for me in adulting-world, and I just got super candid about it. But the thing that keeps me going? One word: grace. I'm always telling people, "Give yourself some grace!" but when's the last time I've let myself have some? This podcast is kind of all over the place, but I hope you will all leave this podcast knowing how deserving you are of this wonderful gift called grace. Peace + love!! Side note: there will be no podcast next week! Look for a new one the following week :)
COLLEGE + MENTAL HEALTH: something so fickle, yet something that needs to be talked about. This week i’m getting candid about my first two years of college and how all of the ups and (way) downs turned into something good… eventually. TRIGGER WARNING: mentions of suicidal thoughts

On this (shorter) podcast, I go through my "strategy" to keep a routine on the weekends, and not let myself fall into a pit of anxiety when things don't go my way. You know you're a #adult when your routine gets interrupted + you get frustrated. If you can relate, give it a listen, and let me know what you think!
