Today's episode is in honor of National Infertility Awareness Week.  After going through my own miscarriages, I started on a journey to truly transform my hurt from all the lost into finally being healed and able to move forward in life.  In order to turn my struggles into strengths I had to take some time to heal and mother myself first, before trying to have another baby again.  Through meditation, energy healing, guided exercises, diet and lifestyle modifications and a whole lot of soul searching, I found a way to finally understand my road to motherhood and how it would be unique for me.  After doing allll the work on myself, I wanted to share the tips and resources I had found with other women on a similar path with their fertility.  So, I compiled my lessons learned and created the Mother Yourself First 21-Day Reset.  It is full of healing exercises, guided transformations, energy healing and so much more.  And yes, you can do it over 21 Days or you can take your time and use the activities as you need them to find peace and comfort for your mind, body and spirit.  Sending all the love and light to the women on their journeys to motherhood, may this reset bring you strength and hope to continue to move forward.  xo
