We made it to Day 5. How are you feeling? Today, we're focusing on the energy center that ties everything together, the Anahata or the Heart Chakra. This is the 4th chakra, located right in the center of your chest. Think of it as the bridge between your physical self and your spiritual self. When we've been through a lot, this area can feel a little tight or guarded. Today's practice is all about gently leaning into that space and giving your heart permission to soften. In today's episode were chatting about: The Bridge of the Body. Why the 4th chakra is the key to balancing your earthly needs with your higher wisdom. The Color of Healing: Visualizing soft green light to soothe emotional friction. The Practice: Were going to place a hand directly on the center of the chest. As you breathe, imagine a soft emerald-green light expanding with every inhale. With every exhale, feel the tension in your upper back and chest dissolve. You aren't forcing your heart to open. You're just making it safe enough for it to happen on its own. A Little Reminder for Your Day: Your heart is incredibly resilient. It has survived every hard day you've ever had. Today, give it a little thank you for staying open even when things got tough. You're doing beautiful work ABOUT THIS WEEK'S SERIES Why do we rush the parts of us that are hurting? In today's episode I am joined by the brilliant Dr. Melissa Sell, chiropractor and German New Medicine educator.Dr. Melissa breaks down the science behind German New Medicine and the idea that your symptoms aren't random. Every shock, every unresolved conflict, maps to a specific adaptation in your body. We get into why inflammation and chronic symptoms aren't your body failing you, how to identify the unconscious patterns keeping you stuck, and what it actually takes to resolve a conflict for good.We also go into autoimmune disease, early menopause, identity wrapped up in illness, and why a diagnosis delivered with a prognosis can be the most dangerous thing a doctor does. This one will change how you see your body.I trust you will get what you need from this episode, and make sure you come let me know how it resonated with you on instagram @the_human_design_coachBig love,MxxDr Melissa's Details:IG: @drmelissasellYoutube: https://www.youtube.com/drmelissasellWebsite: https://www.drmelissasell.com/BodyGraph Chart SoftwareCreate your own Human Design chart tool with BodyGraphChart! Britney Spears checked into rehab… and yes, that's the headline. But for anyone who's been paying attention, it's clear there's a lot more going on beneath the surface. Chalene Johnson takes a deeper look at everything surrounding it… the DUI, the conservatorship, her recent behavior, the people in her orbit, and the bigger names and systems that keep showing up in the background. And the deeper you go, the harder it becomes to ignore the patterns. What's actually known is separated from what's speculation, along with why some of these connections feel too consistent to dismiss. From Britney's history of control and finances to the larger conversation around power, money, and influence, this one gets uncomfortable. Chalene Gets Into: • What likely led up to Britney checking into treatment • Why rehab right now may not be as random as it seems • The real impact of the conservatorship and who benefited • The financial relationships that continue to raise questions • Why people are suddenly connecting Britney to bigger headlines • The patterns showing up around power, control, and influence in Hollywood • Why it's getting harder to separate truth from narrative This isn't about tearing anyone down. There's real empathy for Britney and what she's been through. But once you start connecting some of these dots… it's hard to ignore.

Episode Overview In this deeply personal episode, Jen turns the mic toward Annie and invites her to share the childhood experiences that shaped her relationship with food, body image, and weight. Annie opens up about growing up in a larger body, being teased by peers, feeling excluded in everyday moments like shopping with friends, and quietly trying to change her body long before adulthood. Together, Jen and Annie unpack how body shame can begin early, how kids absorb messages from school, media, peers, and home, and why attempts to "fix" a child's body can often do more harm than good. They also talk about what parents can do instead: get curious, create space for honest conversations, and support kids without panic, shame, or control. In this conversation, I sat down with Dr. Stephen Porges, and I'm telling you right now, this one stretched me. Not just intellectually, but personally. Because what Dr. Porges reveals is something most of us have never been taught. Your life is not just driven by mindset or motivation. It is driven by your physiological state. And if you don't understand that, you could spend your entire life trying to “think” your way out of something your body is actually controlling. We get into his groundbreaking work on the nervous system, the vagus nerve, and what he calls neuroception. That is your body's ability to detect safety or danger without you even being aware of it. And here is the truth that hit me hard. If your body does not feel safe, it will not give you permission to feel joy, connection, or even perform at your best. That explains why so many high achievers still feel anxious, disconnected, or stuck even when everything on the outside looks successful. Dr. Porges breaks down trauma in a way I have never heard before. It is not just something that happened to you. It is something your nervous system holds onto because it is trying to protect you. And here is the key. The path forward is not just mindset work. It is learning how to work with your body. Becoming aware of it. Honoring it. And learning how to regulate it so you can actually change your experience of life. We also talked about leadership, parenting, and relationships. And this was a big realization for me. People perform better when they feel safe. Not when they feel pressure or fear. If you are leading a team, raising a family, or even working on yourself, your ability to create safety might be the most important skill you can develop. Because when people feel safe, they open up, they grow, and they become the best version of themselves. This episode is not surface level. It is a deep dive into understanding you. But if you stay with it, I promise you this. You will never look at your emotions, your stress, or your behavior the same way again. Key Takeaways: Your physiological state is the foundation of your thoughts, emotions, and behavior If your body does not feel safe, it will block connection, joy, and peak performance Trauma is not just an event, it is a pattern your nervous system holds onto You cannot think your way out of a state your body is creating True growth comes from learning to regulate and understand your body, not fight it The best leaders and parents create safety, not pressure This episode is not surface level. It is a deep dive into understanding you. But if you stay with it, I promise you this. You will never look at your emotions, your stress, or your behavior the same way again.

What is a biblical response to transgender theory? What is the relationship between sex and gender? How can Christians best navigate our cultural moment with biblical conviction and compassion? In our discussion, Dr. Smith argues that God's design is for a person's gender to be rooted in his or her biological sex, which is the body God gives. Smith offers a helpful and pastoral critique of transgender theory and talks about where this debate may be headed.Dr. Robert S. Smith is an Australian ordained minister in the Anglican church and a writer in theology, ethics, and music ministry. He formerly taught at Sydney Missionary & Bible College. Coping with stress? No thanks. Avoiding stress? Yes please. I tend to use a combination platter of situational avoidance, numbing, reassurance seeking, over-planning, constant checking, and more! That said, it only creates more of a mess for me down the road.Something that has helped me sit with myself more honestly is to recognize that emotions and uncomfortable feelings come in waves. I can learn ways to ride them more joyfully, rather than trying to fight them or dodge them so terribly. The fear makes it worse. The avoidance makes the problem bigger. So I am learning to surf the waves through various options that depend on the context: Dive under and pop up refreshed and exhilarated. Body board or surf board (tools and resources available to make it fun) or Body surfing, trusting and allow the waves to guide you and you can bail when it's no longer serving your journey. Counterfeit Spirits in the Church and the Remnant's Need for Discernment | KIB 526 Kingdom Intelligence Briefing Description In Episode 526 of the Kingdom Intelligence Briefing, Dr. Michael and Mary Lou Lake address one of the most urgent issues facing the Body of Christ today: counterfeit spirits operating within the Church. As deception increases in the last days, believers must develop biblical discernment, the fear of the Lord, and a deeper dependence on the Holy Spirit. Mary Lou opens the discussion with a sober warning about deception, spiritual warfare, and the need for earnest prayer in a prophetic hour. Dr. Lake then contrasts the ministry of the Holy Spirit with the operation of counterfeit spirits, showing how false spiritual manifestations can produce confusion, pride, sensuality, doctrinal compromise, and instability rather than Christlikeness, holiness, and truth. This episode examines Matthew 24, 1 John 4, Matthew 7, and Isaiah 8, while offering a biblical framework for testing spiritual manifestations, judging fruit, and rejecting deception in an age shaped by sensationalism, false prophecy, AI manipulation, and growing apostasy. Dr. Lake also explores how the Holy Spirit always glorifies Christ, anchors believers in Scripture, produces genuine transformation, and leads the remnant in covenant faithfulness. This is a critical message for believers who want to walk in truth, avoid spiritual seduction, and become part of a holy remnant prepared for the days ahead. After Easter, it's easy to forget what the Passion felt like from the inside. In this episode, Joe Rockey and Father Boniface Hicks step back into the apostles' experience: men from wildly different backgrounds who watched miracles, trusted the mission, and still scattered in fear when Jesus was arrested. Joe names the real-life parallel: we can believe in something—and still not react the way an outside observer thinks we “should,” then carry guilt, confusion, and self-questioning afterward. Father frames it with a practical lens: we all have “parts,” and courage can collapse fast when a stronger force shows up—especially when the Roman Empire's violence becomes real and immediate. The apostles didn't yet have the lived proof we do that surrender can lead to resurrection. And Jesus' response becomes the center of hope: He knew Peter would deny Him, knew they would flee, and still gave Himself completely—Body, Blood, foot-washing love—without confusion or withdrawal. Joe also raises a pointed Holy Week question: if Jesus called out the betrayer at the Last Supper, why didn't the others stop Judas? Father offers a plausible explanation (drawing on Pope Benedict XVI's Holy Week treatment): Jesus may have spoken quietly enough that only John fully heard—while the others interpreted Judas leaving as normal Passover charity. The episode closes by tying it together with human realism: after a week of shock, danger, grief, and emotional overload, “not processing it well” might have been the most human outcome possible—exactly the kind of weakness Jesus came to redeem. Key IdeasThe apostles' fear wasn't random: real power and credible violence can collapse confidence instantly. They hadn't seen “crucifixion → resurrection” play out even once; we have 2,000 years of witnesses—and still struggle. Jesus loved them with full knowledge of their weakness: Peter's denial was foretold inside the context of Eucharistic gift. Judas' exposure may not have been public to all; John's proximity to Jesus at table could explain how details were known later. Thomas “the twin” becomes a mirror: wanting “just a little more proof” is deeply human—and Jesus meets it. Honor In Life And Decision Making The Art of Honoring Yourself: Aligning Values with Decision-Making in Life and Business Honoring Yourself in Life & Business A guide to decision-making, alignment, and the integrity of self-respect. Core Philosophy "The body knows something that our mind doesn't know. When your body isn't fighting you and your heart is at peace, you're in alignment." Alignment - Congruence between mindset, speech, and action. Integrity - High moral standards and self-respect in transactions. The Tolerance Trap - Tolerance→Acceptance→Endorsement Red flag: Tolerating bad ideas eventually leads to advocating for them. Decision Checklist •Ask Questions: Clarify disconnects immediately; don't fear looking "unqualified." •Check Function: If a situation lacks function or purpose, it's a negative variable. •Gut Check: Revisit decisions if you feel physical tension or mental "games." •Step Away: When in doubt, disengage. Confusion only breeds more confusion. Key Tags #SelfAwareness#Boundaries#Intuition#NoPosturing#DueDiligence Reading: The Body Keeps the Score recommended. sashatalks.com • 2026-04-14 This presentation by Sasha of SashaTalks explores the multifaceted nature of "honor" as a foundational principle for personal and professional integrity. It provides a framework for recognizing misalignment through intuition and physical signals while offering actionable strategies to maintain self-respect in complex environments. The Foundation of Honor and Alignment Honor is defined through various lenses, ranging from public reputation and high moral standards to the personal act of self-respect and alignment. True alignment occurs when an individual's mindset, speech, and actions move in a singular direction. However, this alignment can be positive (progress) or negative (self-sabotage), making it essential to consciously evaluate the direction of one's life. When alignment is lacking, individuals often experience an "inner knowing" or physical discomfort. This dissonance serves as a signal to reconsider a matter at hand, whether it be a business deal, a partnership, or a daily consumer choice. Because people often "lower the bar" for screening choices due to optics or persuasive language, objective assessment and detachment are necessary to see circumstances for what they truly are. The Alignment Framework Integrity is achieved when these four pillars move in the same direction: Mindset Thoughts Speech Language Decisions Choices Actions Reality Navigating the "Tolerance Trap" A critical psychological progression exists between tolerating a situation and eventually endorsing it. While tolerance may be necessary in isolated contexts, prolonged tolerance often graduates into acceptance, and eventually, a subconscious endorsement of behaviors or ideas that contradict one's values. This "Tolerance Trap" is a red flag for the breakdown of common sense and personal standards. To avoid this, everything in life should be evaluated based on its "function." If a variable—whether a person, a habit, or a business process—does not serve a function for survival, prosperity, or healthy coexistence, it likely hinders self-development. Maintaining honor requires the courage to disengage from "mechanical motions" that lack substance or purpose segment13]. The Body as a Decision-Making Compass Intuition is often a physiological experience. The body frequently recognizes misalignment before the mind can rationalize it, manifesting as tension or a "gut feeling." Sasha references the concept that "The Body Keeps the Score," suggesting that physical reactions are reliable indicators of whether a decision aligns with one's core truth. A mistake only becomes a "decision" when it is repeated; otherwise, it is a lesson in course correction. Honoring oneself also involves managing resistance and boundaries. Resistance may be a byproduct of fear, but it can also be a protective mechanism. Cleansing one's life of variables that no longer have a "function" for the current season is vital for moving toward one's true destiny without forcing unsustainable outcomes. The Path from Tolerance to Endorsement Tolerance: Coexisting with a non-ideal situation (Temporary). Acceptance: Normalizing the situation over time. Endorsement: Advocating for or defending the misalignment. "Context matters: Be intentional about what you tolerate and why." Practical Steps to Honor Yourself The transition from being reactive to being intentional requires a commitment to self-honesty and the establishment of non-negotiables. This includes the willingness to think for oneself, even when challenged by peer pressure or professional expectations. Owning one's presence and space is not about aggression, but about the self-awareness of one's fears and ambitions. Key Data Client Demographics: Approximately 75% of individuals seeking guidance on these topics come from the business world. Definitions of Honor: There are at least 13 different formal definitions of honor, highlighting its complexity. To-Do / Next Steps Visit SashaTalks.com to review the latest literature and professional commentary. Read "The Body Keeps the Score" to better understand the physiological signals of stress and intuition segment 23. Perform a "Function Audit" on current commitments to see if they aid in survival, prosperity, or growth. Practice the "When in Doubt, Walk Away" rule to avoid attracting further confusion into decision-making processes. Identify your "Non-Negotiables" to strengthen your boundaries in personal and professional settings. Submit a testimony or topic suggestion via the contact page at SashaTalks.com segment 27. Conclusion Honoring yourself is an ongoing practice of alignment between your internal values and external reality. By listening to the body's signals, questioning lack of clarity, and being mindful of the "tolerance trap," you can make decisions that foster self-respect and long-term growth. As Sasha concludes, the goal is to respond to life with intention rather than merely reacting to its challenges.

In this episode, we're joined by renowned coach and co-founder of the Titleist Performance Institute, Dave Phillips, for a deep dive into how the body truly drives the golf swing. We explore why there's no single “perfect” swing and how understanding a player's physical capabilities is critical to building a repeatable, efficient motion. Dave shares behind-the-scenes insights from working with elite players like Jon Rahm, including how limitations can actually become strengths when properly managed. We also discuss the role of technology, biomechanics, and AI in the future of coaching—and where human coaching still matters most. Dave also discusses how he co-founded For Wellness with Phil Mickelson, and the benefits of the products for health and recovery. Your Parenting Mojo - Respectful, research-based parenting ideas to help kids thrive
If your morning routine for preschool looks less like a smooth routine and more like 21 rounds of "no", "stop", and "not like that" before 8 am, then things aren't working well for either of you. In this episode, we walk through one ordinary preschool morning minute by minute, from the cereal bowl to the car seat buckle. We also learn how to move from: "how do I get my child to cooperate" to: what is going on inside my child's body right now, and what are they trying to communicate through the flopping, dawdling, silliness, and defiance? Because when you understand that, you can find strategies that meet both of your needs. Questions This Episode Will Answer Why is my child so difficult in the morning? Preschoolers live almost entirely in the present moment and learn through movement and touch. When a morning is filled with a steady stream of corrections, their nervous system experiences it as "everything I do is wrong" - and the silliness, defiance, or shutdown you see is their body's response to that overload. Why is my child grumpy in the morning? It's often less about the time of day and more about the cumulative weight of limits. When children experience correction after correction with little room for exploration or connection, grumpiness and shutdown are common signals that their needs aren't being met. Why do kids dilly-dally and dawdle in the morning? What looks like dawdling is often a child following genuine curiosity, moving their body the way it wants to go, or trying to connect with you before the day pulls you apart. What is meant by "behavior is communication"? Preschoolers don't yet have the words to say "this is too much for me" or "I need to feel close to you right now". So they show you with their bodies. Finger-stirring cereal, flopping on the floor, asking to be carried - each of these is a message, if you know how to listen for it. When you understand that message you can help them meet their need - which also meets your needs for peace, ease, and order. Is misbehavior an unmet need? Often, yes. When you look beneath challenging behaviors in young children, you frequently find unmet needs for things like autonomy, movement, connection, or play. The behavior is a signal pointing you toward what your child actually needs. If you want to find out your child's biggest need (and easy, actionable strategies to meet it that make your life easier), take this free quiz. What are some reasons children misbehave? In early childhood, most challenging behavior traces back to a mismatch between a child's developmental capacity and what's being asked of them, combined with needs they're trying to meet in ways you're finding irritating. Preschoolers aren't misbehaving to make your life harder. They don't know how else to meet their needs. What You'll Learn in This Episode How to walk through a typical preschool morning routine and see it through your child's eyes, moment by momentWhat your child's most frustrating behaviors (flopping, dawdling, silliness, defiance) are often communicating about their needsWhy the total number of corrections across a morning matters as much as any single limit you setWhat your needs are in the morning routine, and why they are just as valid as your child's needsHow it's possible to meet your needs AND your child's needsHow to start moving toward fewer, clearer limits that your preschooler's nervous system can actually work withWhat the research on parent-child interaction patterns tells us about where repeated correction leads over timeHow parents who grew up in homes with heavy compliance expectations describe the long-term effects on themselves and their own parenting To help you put the ideas from this episode into practice, I've created a free worksheet: Your Difficult Morning Audit. You'll count your corrections, sort them, and start to see which limits are truly necessary - and which ones are habit. Get The Morning Audit Worksheet For Free If you thought "that's my kid" or "that's our mornings" - the Setting Loving (& Effective) Limits workshop is for you. Learn how to see how many limits you're actually setting, sort them into what's truly necessary and what can soften or disappear, and practice holding fewer, clearer limits in a way your child's nervous system can actually handle. You get short focused modules, three live group coaching calls where you can bring your real situations, and a community of parents working through the same things. The self-guided workshop is available year-round, but every April we run it live to give you even more support. Enrollment is open until April 26. Until April 16 at midnight Pacific, you can Pay What You Want:- any amount (even $1) gets you full access. You choose what you pay. After that, the price moves up to a fixed rate. If you're ready to move from correction-heavy mornings to fewer, truer limits your preschooler can actually live with, come join us in the Setting Loving (& Effective!) Limits workshop. Enrollment is open until April 26 Jump to highlights: 01:27 Introduction to today's episode 05:48 The behavior isn't defiance - it's communication about their needs. 08:21 Young children live in the present moment and learn through movement and repetition rather than explanations. 10:45 You're not the villain for wanting things to go smoothly. Getting out the door, you need to meet your responsibility to co-workers while staying connected to your kid. 13:58 Your child needs connection, autonomy, movement, exploration, play, and fun. You need ease, harmony, collaboration, and responsibility to others. 16:45 The Gottman research on couples suggests we need about five positive interactions for every negative one to stay connected. 18:43 As a young child, Crystal learned to read the room constantly. As a teenager, she rebelled hard and ended up heavily involved in drugs and alcohol. 30:38 Wrapping up the discussion. 31:40 An open invitation to Setting Loving (&Effective) Limits workshop.
Fuel Her Awesome: Food Freedom, Body Love, Intuitive Eating & Nutrition Coaching
Life doesn't slow down. Between the daily inconveniences and the hard, unexpected stuff — relationship struggles, loss, disappointments — our bodies are constantly being asked to manage more. One of the reasons Jess has such deep reverence for nutrition is its power to set us up biologically, so when life gets hard, our bodies have something to stand on. Because health isn't just physical. It's mental, social, spiritual, and biological — and if we can shore up the biological piece, we give ourselves a real fighting chance with the rest. In this episode, Jess breaks down: A fascinating gut mechanism that most people have never heard of — and how it directly impacts your mood, energy, and mental wellbeing when your nervous system is in overdrive. The science (made simple): Tryptophan is an amino acid your body uses to make serotonin. But under chronic stress, inflammation, or fight-or-flight, an enzyme called IDO activates and diverts tryptophan away from serotonin production — toward a compound called kynurenine (KIN-yoo-reh-neen). This is your body's survival response. But the cost? Lower serotonin availability, and with it, low mood, anxiety, and fatigue. Your body is literally stealing from your serotonin supply to deal with stress. The nutrition connection: When we're stressed, we're also usually not eating the foods that support this pathway — and that's the double hit. Chronic stress depletes the very micronutrients your body needs to produce serotonin in the first place: B6 — required to convert tryptophan into serotonin Magnesium — supports serotonin synthesis AND calms the HPA axis Zinc — activates the enzyme that kicks off serotonin production Iron — works alongside zinc in that same enzyme pathway (especially important for women) Vitamin D — regulates the genes involved in serotonin synthesis upstream What this looks like in practice: Jess shares how she works with clients to assess their nutrition rhythms, run functional labs and GI-MAP testing, and identify where the raw materials for serotonin production may be missing — so that nourishment becomes intentional, not reactive. ONLY MY SPIRIT IS SAVED 1. BEFORE SALVATION OUR SPIRIT IS DEAD Ephesians 2:1–3 As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, 2 In which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient. 3 All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our flesh and following its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature deserving of wrath. (NIV) 1 Thessalonians 5:23 May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole SPIRIT, SOUL, BODY be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. (NIV) Ephesians 4:18 They are darkened in their understanding and SEPARATED from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts. (NIV) 1 Corinthians 2:14 The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God but considers them foolishness, and cannot understand them because THEY ARE DISCERNED ONLY THROUGH THE SPIRIT. (NIV) 2. AT SALVATION YOUR SPIRIT IS MADE ALIVE Ephesians 2:4-6 But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, 5 made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. 6 And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, (NIV) Colossians 2:13 When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made you ALIVE with Christ. He forgave us all our sins, (NIV) 3. AT SALVATION YOUR SPIRIT IS BORN AGAIN John 3:3 Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.” (NIV) 4. AT SALVATION YOU GO FROM DARKNESS TO LIGHT Ephesians 5:8 For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light (NIV) 5. AT SALVATION YOU GO FROM BLIND TO SEEING Acts 26:18 to open their EYES and turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.’ (NIV) 6. AT SALVATION YOU BECOME A CHILD OF GOD Romans 8:16 The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. (NIV) 7. AT SALVATION YOU GAIN ACCESS TO GOD THE FATHER Ephesians 2:18 For through him we both have access to the Father by one Spirit. (NIV) Hebrews 4:16 Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. (NIV) 8. AT SALVATION YOU ARE A NEW CREATION 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. (ESV) 1 Thessalonians 5:23 May God himself, the God of peace, SANCTIFY you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. (NIV) John 3:6 Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. (NIV) Romans 6:3–4 Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? 4 We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life. (ESV)
Today is day 102 and we are on the Third Article of the Apostles' Creed. Today we are on the fifteenth line: “The Communion of Saints”. 102. What is the “communion of the saints”? The communion of the saints is the fellowship of all those, in heaven and on earth, who are united in Christ as one Body, through one Spirit, in Holy Baptism. (Psalm 149; Ephesians 2:13–22; Hebrews 12:1–3) We will conclude today with Prayer 113. The Communion of Saints found on page 679 of the Book of Common Prayer (2019). Tonight's guest, Sarah, lives in Humboldt County, California. One of the things Humboldt County is known for is the old growth forests that can be found there. The county has a lot of places that people just don't go and a history of disappearances a mile long. Consequently, there has been a lot of speculation about the cause of those disappearances. Some people think crytptids, like Dogmen, are to blame. Tonight's guest, Sarah, doesn't agree with that idea. She thinks the explanation lies elsewhere. April 11th: Wilma Montesi Body Found (1953) Some cases are truly bizarre. They have strange twists and turns that really don't make a lot of sense. Which might be the reason they end up unsolved. Divine Mercy ChapletThe Divine Mercy Chaplet is a brief, powerful prayer of trust in God's mercy for us and the whole world. Given to St. Faustina Kowalska, it is prayed on rosary beads and invites us to place every need, every burden, and every person into the compassionate heart of Jesus.Opening PrayerYou expired, Jesus, but the source of life gushed forth for souls, and the ocean of mercy opened up for the whole world. Today we read about Jesus' powerful teaching about the Eucharist. Fr. Mike invites us to believe that the Eucharist is truly the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Our Lord Jesus Christ because Jesus said it himself. Today's readings are John 4-6 and Proverbs 5:7-14. This is a solo AMA focused on my diet and fitness routine in the aftermath of spinal fusion surgery. I walk through the specifics — what I ate, how I trained, how I went from 207 pounds and completely atrophied to dropping 37 pounds while building lean muscle — and the salient lessons I've learned about patience, consistency, and approaching reinvention with a beginner's mind.
