NDI Politics Podcast's forth episode focuses on gender equality and women's political participation in Georgia. While the constitution ensures equal rights and opportunities for both men and women, women continue to face multiple cultural and societal barriers in many aspects of life. According to NDI polls, majority of Georgians believe that there is no gender equality in the country and would like to see more women in politics and think that this would have positive impact on Georgia's society.
