In this episode, we wanted to share with you a workshop we did during our first virtual event in November 2020. A workshop on the topic of investing in joy. We know how much mental health correlates with not only art but every aspect of life. In this episode, Emanie White-Heard and Labrea Pringle, talk about investing in joy, imposter syndrome, and why and where holding ourselves back may stem from. This conversation is timeless but it’s even more relevant now because after all, we’ve been through in the past year, the past 4 years, the past generations, we need to make sure that we’re still investing in joy. I ask you to open up your mind a little bit, think about how these topics relate to you in your life today. There’s an activity at the beginning that you can take part in as you listen that is very grounding. Thank you so much for listening to this week, I hope this episode brought you joy.
