Common sense appears to be scarce in America today. In a nation of divisiveness and rancor, we need to return to believing not only what we hear, but what our eyes and nose tell us. We must return to a nation that believes in common sense and the application of the "common sense" filter to what we believe and act upon. America's future depends on it! It has been estimated by the National WWII Museum that there were 12 million Americans that served the U.S. in WWII. Of these, only 326,000 are surviving and 296 are dying each day. This is the story of one of those veterans. But not only did he serve in WWII, he is in an exclusive group of "three war veterans" that served in WWII, Korea and Viet Nam. He is 99 years young and going strong! He is my step-dad. No one knows how many three war veterans survive in 2020, but the number has to be 1,000 or less. If you know of a surviving three war veteran, please send me a message as we would like to talk to them and get their story.
