Hi, I took a break from Nubian Intellect to deal with mental health and the struggles of loosing loved ones. Now that I am back I am not the same person. Renaming it to Dose of Dee is like me being more intimate with you all, no matter what we go through in life it is important to know our limits so that we don't go crashing down. Mental Health is extremely important and if I can get the help, so can you.
