Krasner immediately implemented policies intended to reduce mass incarcerations.  In this 4th and final part of our series, Nicholas Pressley from the ACLU of Pennsylvania discusses his experiences leading the Vote Smart Justice campaign during the 2017 district attorney election in Philadelphia.

Elizer Darris, who was charged with first-degree murder as teenager, shares how prosecutorial discretion affected his life. Hennepin County Chief Public Defender Mary Moriarty provides examples of prosecutorial discretion. And Attorney John Hamer, who represented a 14-year-old girl charged with distribution of child pornography, discusses the role prosecutorial discretion played in that case.
