In reaction to the current cultural conversation surrounding women and their power, I decided to use this episode to deconstruct the relationship more thoroughly. My friend Ayisha Izmeth brought the phrase "Women of Power" to me and throughout this episode we used it tool to or a concept to prompt a new way of thinking about the way women relate to power. The aim for this episode is to discuss women's power as intrinsic aspect of our identity, rather than a reactionary response to struggle or pain.
