BB28 Why ___ Lost Week 5 Also available on YouTube. Big Brother 28 brings another wild eviction as alliances wobble and houseguests scramble for control. David Bloomberg and Chappell break down this week’s events in a strategy recap loaded with game insight and house drama. Fresh off LaTrice's historic HoH wall comp win, the house dynamic shifts as she targets Chuk and Haley, who are seen as a duo too tight to leave intact. Chuk reacts poorly to landing on the block and misses his chance to build new relationships, relying too late on old alliances that have already crumbled. Taylor warns Chuk to campaign, but he resists advice and puts little effort into saving himself, while other houseguests point out his lack of gameplay and poor social strategy. Meanwhile, Haley’s reputation as a house pariah is balanced by the perceived value she brings as a future target, giving her a lifeline for another week. Social mishaps, like Chuk's unwillingness to clean and his negative attitude, pile on as reasons for his ouster. Chappell notes Chuk's failure to expand his alliance or campaign after being nominated leaves him an easy target. David highlights LaTrice's strategic HoH that flips the power dynamic and exposes tight duos. The hosts point out that Kamu adapts and escapes nomination, while Chuk's inflexible approach and reliance on safety comps backfire. A running joke about Chuk receiving a cookie from LaTrice illustrates how out of touch he is with house strategy. Power is clearly shifting as former big alliances fracture and isolated players face the consequences of weak social games. As new HoH and Veto outcomes loom, the game asks: Will the next Head of Household make another big move or settle old scores? In this joy-filled episode, Ginny sits down with positive psychology expert Dr. Elaine O'Brien, author of The Power of Play, to explore why play isn't just for kids—and why adults may need it more than we realize. Elaine explains how play supports us physically, cognitively, socially, and emotionally, helping relieve stress, strengthen relationships, spark creativity, and bring more joy into everyday life. From adventurous and movement play to storytelling, puzzles, conversation, and simply having fun, this conversation expands our definition of what it means to play at every age. Ginny and Elaine share wonderfully practical ways to become lighter and more playful: try a “clockless day,” smile at the people you encounter, turn mundane chores into games, experiment with playful breathing exercises, seek out novelty, and spend time noticing the constantly changing natural world. They also explore Elaine's Splash Dance approach, which combines aqua fitness, music, movement, and positive psychology in an activity that can bring everyone from children to adults in their 90s together. Most importantly, Elaine makes the case that play shouldn't be something we wait to stumble into—it's something worth intentionally building into our lives. Whether it's creating a “joy jar,” trying something new, moving our bodies, getting outside, connecting across generations, or simply making room for spontaneity, small doses of play can change the way we experience our days. This episode is an invitation to stop taking life quite so seriously, rediscover what lights you up, and remember that growing older doesn't have to mean growing out of play. BB28 Friday Live Feed Update August 14, 2026 Also available on YouTube. Big Brother 28 delivers another unpredictable day as the house wrestles with the fallout from a blindside vote almost happening and a new HoH throwing alliances into chaos. Taran Armstrong brings on Pooya for a live feed update episode, dissecting the latest power shifts, unraveling deals gone wrong, and spotlighting a growing split between the house's men and women. The episode details how Lala's actions as outgoing HoH fueled accusations of bullying and set the stage for drama. The main storyline follows a near vote flip to save Haley, orchestrated by Dee, which nearly put the Icons under major fire for the second week in a row. The actual eviction sees Chuk exit, and the knockout HoH comp ends with Yash winning, marking worst-case scenario for the core vet alliance. As alliances scramble, Yash lays out nomination plans with Kamu and Drew, targeting Haley, Angela, and Dee, motivated by both strategic concerns and a deliberate intent to keep all the male players off the block. Meanwhile, discussions unfold about whether Devens might use the diamond Power of Veto to shake up the nominations, with uncertainty swirling around whether Dee or Angela could actually be in danger. Taran highlights that Dee risks her own game by pushing another blindside vote flip, using up more social capital only a week after a similar move. Possible realignment as Kamu, Yash, and Drew eye a “Bromuda Triangle” alliance (apart from the “Bermuda Triangle”, wary that Devens and Barrett might be too close to the vets. The knockout HoH, which Yash wins, is analyzed for strategic missteps as houseguests fail to target threats, allowing Yash and Barrett to cruise to the end. Haley's social isolation is spotlighted, with house talk centering on whether her methods or her relationships with women may be pushing her into the outsider spot. Speculation grows about whether Dee or Devens will pull out a power to avoid the block, with the possibility of bribes and veto twists in play. With the men sticking together, and Yash promising to keep all of them off the block, the Icons lose their grip on power. So if Haley, Angela, and Dee do see the block, will the vet alliance's luck finally run out, or can their secret powers save them? 11 National Championships: Kelly Amonte Hiller on Winning Through Adversity

    Positive University Podcast

Join me and legendary Northwestern women's lacrosse coach Kelly Amonte Hiller for an insightful and inspiring conversation about championship culture, adversity, and the mindset that drives sustained excellence. Kelly's journey is a masterclass in resilience and evolution—from leading her team through an uncharacteristically tough start to the season, to capturing her ninth national championship as a coach on home turf. She shares the behind-the-scenes process of overcoming setbacks, the power of reflection, and the importance of getting everyone "rowing in the same direction." Kelly opens up about the origins of her work ethic, the blue-collar values instilled by her family, and how embracing adversity and self-honesty have been critical for both personal and team growth. We dive deep into the philosophies that have shaped her dynastic program: a relentless commitment to hard work, the humility to look in the mirror, and the courage to constantly evolve. Kelly also discusses the impact of supporting her former players now turned coaches, the beauty of fostering growth in young women, and the ultimate legacy of her leadership—building a culture where true greatness is measured not just in wins, but in the long-lasting bonds formed along the way. About Kelly – Already a legend in the game as a player, Kelly Amonte Hiller has established herself as one of the sport's greatest coaches after building Northwestern Lacrosse into a dynasty. In May of 2005, Amonte Hiller etched her name in the annals of college athletics when she guided her upstart Northwestern team to an undefeated season and the first NCAA Lacrosse Championship ever won by a team outside the Eastern Time Zone, the first of an incredible nine national titles. Under Amonte Hiller's direction the Wildcats most recently claimed the 2026 NCAA National Championship, her ninth as the head coach of the program. Amonte Hiller became the first Division I lacrosse coach (men's or women's) to win nine national titles, guiding NU to a championship win on home soil for the first time since 1986 (Maryland). The 'Cats took down three IWLCA No. 1-ranked squads throughout the course of the season, the most in a campaign in NCAA History. Northwestern has made six consecutive appearances in the NCAA Semifinals (2019-26), reaching the finals the last four consecutive seasons. After resurrecting a Northwestern program that had not competed at the varsity level in more than 10 years, Amonte Hiller led the Wildcats to the national semifinals 10 years in a row from 2005 to 2014 and tied an NCAA record with eight consecutive title game appearances in the process. Northwestern's dominance since its breakthrough 2005 season has been nothing short of legendary. Since 2004, Northwestern has gone 63-13 (.829) in the NCAA Tournament, making Amonte Hiller the winningest coach in tournament history. Along the way, Amonte Hiller has produced the nation's Tewaaraton Award winner in eight different seasons as well as the Honda Sports Award recipient on 10 occasions. Northwestern has featured 75 IWLCA All-Americans and won a total of 13 IWLCA positional Player of the Year awards (four attacker, five midfielder and four defender). Northwestern's rapid rise to national prominence under Amonte Hiller — particularly in an area of the country rarely associated with women's lacrosse — has caught the eyes of many, in and out of lacrosse. In 2011, ESPN The Magazine named Amonte Hiller one of the 20 best recruiters across all college sports, joining the likes of other multiple-time NCAA champion coaches Mike Krzyzewski of Duke (men's basketball) and Anson Dorrance of North Carolina (women's soccer). In 2012, the Big Ten Network profiled the NU head coach as one of 12 Big Ten coaching icons in the conference's history, putting her in the company of Big Ten legends such as Bobby Knight (Indiana), Bo Schembechler (Michigan) and Dan Gable (Iowa). In 2026, the NCAA Championship game between the Wildcats and UNC set a record with 657,000 viewers, making the first championship game hosted at Northwestern the most-watched women's lacrosse game in history. In February of 2018, Amonte Hiller was announced as the head coach of United States Lacrosse Women's U19 team, where she guided the United States to a gold medal at the 2019 Federation of International Lacrosse (FIL) Women's U19 World Championship in Peterborough, Ontario. Four other Wildcats also found their way onto the team: Madison Doucette, Elle Hansen, Izzy Scane and Greta Stahl. Amonte Hiller led the United States to another gold medal at the 2024 World Lacrosse Women's World Championship in Hong Kong, China, after beating Canada 23-6. She mentored five fellow Wildcats on the U20 roster during the championship run, including Francesca Argentieri, Noel Cumberland, Hannah Rudolph, Madison Smith, and Madison Taylor. During the 2026 season, Amonte Hiller reached 400 career wins with a road win against Penn State. All 400 wins came at the helm of Northwestern, as she became the sixth coach in Division I women's lacrosse history to reach the milestone. BB28 Wednesday Veto Ep Recap, Week 5 Also available on YouTube. Big Brother 28 keeps fans glued to the feeds as alliances fracture and tempers flare over betrayal, loyalty, and shifting power. In this week's Veto recap episode, Rob Cesternino is joined by guests Pooya, Jacob Jones, and Jenny Autumn to unpack a wild stretch of gameplay that sees houseguests fighting to survive, grappling with trust, and making fun of each other’s diary room performances. The fallout from LaTrice’s nominations sets the stage, with Haley and Chuk hitting the block as everyone debates who is really a couple, who is just a threat, and who can’t keep their stories straight. The episode zeroes in on Angela's vote flip against Haley, highlighting the drama as Haley fabricates a detail to pin the vote on Angela and Angela's guilt and reaction snowball into a public blow-up. The Power of Veto competition brings suspense, with Kamu snagging the win, then choosing not to use it—leaving Haley and Chuk stuck as possible eviction targets. The group also laughs over the FAP alliance name and a standout segment about Chuk’s infamous “odor problem,” which even spirals into house jokes and strategy. Jenny points out Haley's calculated move to twist the truth and Angela's struggle with guilt and confession in the game. Pooya highlights Kamu's self-serving Veto logic and how he crafts excuses to justify hard decisions without making things personal. Jacob and Jenny call out the split between diary room bravado versus face-to-face confrontation, especially with Chuk's “sinking ship” antics. The panel jokes about the creation and on-screen acceptance of the FAP alliance name, and the memorable Adam and Eve punishment costumes. Everyone debates who is a bigger target next week, with voting math showing Haley most likely on the chopping block unless she pulls out a win. The power players keep shifting as trust erodes and side deals form. With Haley and Chuk on the block and Kamu holding key social cards, will the house regret who they keep? Do friction, struggle, and silence make you fully human?   AI can generate an answer, but it cannot suffer with you, worship, love a neighbor, or become wise. Host Curtis Chang and Andy Crouch, the partner for theology and culture at Praxis, explore how AI may weaken our minds, distort relationships, and tempt us to outsource the very experiences that form wisdom, wonder, and sacrificial love. From chatbot "companionship" and AI-assisted grief to medicine, spiritual counsel, and the loss of silence, Curtis and Andy ask whether convenience is quietly creating a kind of cognitive metabolic syndrome and what we can do about it.   00:01:22 - Introduction to AI's Impact on Our Minds. 00:04:35 - Lessons from Social Media's Evolution 00:08:26 - Cognitive Metabolic Syndrome 00:18:45 - What Is the Purpose of the Human Mind? 00:25:23 - Wonder vs. Power 00:26:49 - Love Requires Suffering and Friction 00:34:38 - The Limits of AI in Healthcare 00:40:53 - The Danger of Outsourcing Life's Hardships 00:51:23 - The Loss of Silence 00:58:11 - The AI Forced Conversation on Being Human 01:01:03 - Practical Ways to Protect Our Humanity   To give to Good Faith: https://goodfaith.org/donate   Mentioned in This Episode: Andrew Briggs and Roger Wagner's The Penultimate Curiosity: How Science Swims in the Slipstream of Ultimate Questions Thomas Fuchs' In Defence of the Human Being  Victor Hugo's Les Misérables Tristan Harris on How AI Worsens Ills Caused by Social Media (The Economist) Explore the work of The Future of Life Institute Emma Pearson's I'd Rather Risk Cancer Than See AI Move This Fast (The Atlantic)   Scriptures: Mark 12:30–31 (ESV) Matthew 22:37–39 (ESV) Deuteronomy 6:5 (ESV) Luke 10:27 (ESV)   More From Andy Crouch: Check out Andy's website Check out Andy's work at Praxis Read Andy's book: The Life We're Looking For Read Andy's book The Tech-Wise Family: Everyday Steps for Putting Technology in Its Proper Place    Follow Us: Good Faith on Instagram Good Faith on X (formerly Twitter) Good Faith on Facebook   The Good Faith Podcast is a production of a 501(c)(3) nonpartisan organization that does not engage in any political campaign activity to support or oppose any candidate for public office. Solutions include rotating members out briefly to lead discussions, utilizing dedicated group messaging apps, and holding casual home gatherings. Navigating the New Sunday Schedule: The transition to shortened 25-minute class periods brings anxiety, but leaders emphasize using official Church materials and maintaining realistic expectations while finding a new operational rhythm. Evolving YSA Dating Dynamics: Modern single adults face significant challenges in finding marriage partners due to shifting cultural values, delayed timelines, and differing personal or political priorities. Power of Informal Gatherings: Organic, non-assigned home study groups (e.g., Come, Follow Me or General Conference review groups) build deeper ward unity, psychological safety, and ministering opportunities than structured Sunday classes alone. Building Ward Culture: Leadership is fundamentally about culture-building. Leaders must proactively address secular cultural influences and create intentional spaces for gospel-centered connection. Leadership Applications Organize Organic Home Gatherings: Encourage members or leaders to host low-pressure home study groups (such as an empty-nester Come, Follow Me night) with snacks and informal discussion to strengthen local relationships. Rotate Out-of-Room Teachers: Elders Quorum and Relief Society presidencies can arrange substitutes for primary teachers once a quarter to allow them to attend adult classes or lead a discussion. Streamline Group Communication: Implement digital communication tools (e.g., GroupMe or Discord) to share ward event links and keep members serving in auxiliary callings informed on adult quorum activities. They also preview the first book of the month, discuss how the shelves are organized, and share the thinking behind the game and the community features. Key topics In this episode: the Grimoire launches with more than 250 audiobooks, with the library expected to grow to around 260 soon. The free book of the month is The Secret Teachings of All Ages in an abridged edition, chosen because starting with the full 36 hour version would be too much for most listeners. Founder keeper and monthly initiate memberships unlock the full library, while the free tier gives access to the monthly featured book and community activity. The book club is organized around lunar cycles, with a new moon monthly pick and a full moon live read, creating a rhythm of one book per moon month. The community model includes chapter check-ins, passage discussions, Friday tangents, and a final live book council in the last week of each book month. Darren and Graham describe the inner sanctum as a deeper, earned area of the platform, accessible through participation rather than payment alone. The shelves span Hermetica and occult, theosophy, mysticism east and west, Atlantis and Fortiana, mind and prosperity, weird fiction, philosophy and classics, magic, and power and propaganda. They highlight standout titles such as The Purple Cloud, The Machine Stops, Atlantis by Ignatius Donnelly, The Book of Thoth, Psychic Self-Defense, The Power of Positive Thinking, and The Road to Serfdom. Graham demos Pegs and Jokers, explaining how the online version works, how the cards move pieces, and why it is meant to be played with friends and family across locations. They mention the platform is still being cleaned up and reorganized, including moving some books between shelves and adding PDFs and other support material.   Become a Lord or Lady with 1k donations over time. Send us Fan MailRetirement should be the beginning of your next meaningful chapter—not the end of your purpose. What happens when your career ends and the title, routine, responsibilities, and identity that shaped your life suddenly change? In this powerful episode of the Remarkable People Podcast, David Pasqualone sits down with Chris Maduri, founder of Vibrant Retirement, to explore how to find purpose after retirement, rebuild your identity beyond work, deepen your faith, and create a meaningful second act.Chris shares much more than retirement advice. He opens up about his own remarkable journey through adoption, struggles with identity, the devastating loss of his best friend, alcohol, divorce, multiple DUIs, jail, and the spiritual transformation that followed.During one of the lowest seasons of his life, Chris began reading the Bible, slowing down, becoming still, and developing a deeper relationship with God. That process helped him begin seeing himself differently—not according to his failures, income, career, achievements, or the opinions of other people, but through a completely different understanding of identity, grace, responsibility, and purpose. In this conversation, you'll discover:• Why financial preparation alone does not prepare you for retirement• How career and achievement can become dangerously connected to identity• Why you should begin designing your “second act” years before retirement• How to balance work, family, health, faith, and enjoying life now• Why stillness, prayer, listening, and self-awareness matter• How Chris rebuilt his life after addiction, DUIs, divorce, and jail• Why failure does not mean your life or purpose is over• How small acts of service can reveal a much larger purpose• Why purpose ultimately has to extend beyond yourself• How to stop endlessly preparing and begin taking meaningful action• Why you do not need to be perfect before you can add value to someone else's lifeOne of Chris's most powerful insights from the episode:“If you're looking for purpose, it has to be outside of you. No one's purpose is to help themselves.”Whether you are 25, 45, 65, approaching retirement, already retired, experiencing a major life transition, or simply wondering, “What does God want me to do next?”—this conversation is for you.Your career may eventually end.Your job title may change. But if you are still here, your life still matters—and there is still good you can do.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

In this episode of the Ecomm Breakthrough Podcast, host Josh Hadley, an ecommerce entrepreneur with over $20 million in annual revenue, delivers a comprehensive guide to building a true brand. He argues that most ecommerce sellers operate transactional "product acquisition machines" rather than genuine brands. Josh presents a 16-step framework across three phases: defining your brand identity, expressing it consistently, and compounding trust over time. He emphasizes that real brands drive customer loyalty, premium pricing, and long-term competitive advantage—ultimately shifting entrepreneurs from chasing short-term sales metrics toward building sustainable, generational business value.Bullet Points:Importance of branding for ecommerce businessesDifferences between building a brand and running a product acquisition or arbitrage businessChallenges faced by ecommerce sellers, such as increasing conversion rates and reducing customer acquisition costsThe misconception that having a trademark or storefront equates to having a brandCharacteristics of a true brand versus a product acquisition machineA comprehensive 16-step framework for building a brandPhases of brand development: defining, expressing, and compounding the brandStrategies for creating a recognizable brand identity and customer experienceThe significance of customer journey mapping and brand loyaltyMetrics and practices for sustaining brand equity and protecting brand integrityTimestamps:00:00:00 The Power of BrandingThe host lists eight benefits of strong branding, such as higher conversion rates, repeat purchases, and lower acquisition costs.00:01:01 What is Branding? The host introduces the topic of branding and a 16-step framework for building a brand for your e-commerce business.00:02:11 Custom GPT and ResourcesThe host mentions a custom GPT and slides available to help listeners implement the 16-step framework discussed in the episode.00:03:11 Host IntroductionJosh Hadley introduces himself, his e-commerce experience, and his podcast, E-com Breakthrough, for e-commerce entrepreneurs.00:04:12 Brand vs. Product Acquisition MachineThe host differentiates between building a true brand and simply operating a product acquisition or arbitrage business, common on Amazon.00:07:06 What a Brand IsA brand builds trust, optimizes for customer retention, focuses on long-term growth, and is difficult for competitors to copy.00:10:53 How Brands CompoundThe host explains how brands create a compounding effect through customer trust, repeat purchases, word-of-mouth, and easier product launches.00:12:43 The 16-Step Brand Framework IntroductionAn overview of the three phases of the branding framework: defining the brand, expressing it, and compounding its value.00:13:43 Step 1: Choose Your Primary CustomerA strong brand serves a niche customer. Defining this avatar makes all other branding decisions much easier.00:17:40 Step 2: Choose the Outcome You OwnCustomers buy products to achieve an aspirational identity. Brands must own the outcome their product provides, not just the product.00:23:48 Step 3: Choose Your AssociationsA brand is built by repeatedly connecting your company to a small number of desirable ideas, words, or phrases.00:26:54 Step 4: Write the Brand PromiseCombine your customer, outcome, and approach into a clear internal statement that serves as a decision-making tool for your business.00:28:02 Step 5: Define What the Brand Is NotBrands become clearer through exclusion. Deciding what your brand refuses to be is as important as defining what it is.00:30:06 Step 6: Choose Your Hero ProductYour hero product is the clear entry point that teaches customers what your company means and establishes your brand's identity.00:33:05 Step 7: Make the Product RemarkableThe product experience earns the second purchase. A remarkable product builds durable trust and generates powerful word-of-mouth marketing.00:34:25 Step 8: Create a Recognizable Brand IdentityDefine your brand's personality through one of three models: founder-led, a brand character, or a design-led identity.00:39:34 Step 9: Build a Distinctive Visual and Verbal WorldDesign makes your brand's meaning easier to recognize. Your brand should be identifiable even without its logo.00:40:26 Step 10: Audit the Current Customer ExperienceEvery customer encounter either reinforces or contradicts your brand promise. Audit all touchpoints, from packaging to social media.00:47:34 Step 11: Reinforce Through Trusted AssociationsBorrow trust by deliberately pairing your brand with people, organizations, or communities that already represent your brand's core values.01:02:29 Step 12: Repeat the Same Meaning ConsistentlyBrands are built through consistent repetition. While campaigns can change, the core meaning and message must remain recognizable over time.01:05:36 Step 13: Build the Next Purchase into the BrandMap the customer journey to create a logical product ecosystem that guides customers from one purchase to the next.01:08:23 Step 14: Align Every Customer TouchpointThe brand is the total experience. Ensure every interaction, from advertising to customer support, reinforces your brand promise without contradiction.01:13:36 Step 15: Run a Monthly Brand ReviewConduct a monthly review to prevent brand drift, track key metrics, and ensure all activities align with your brand strategy.01:21:16 Step 16: Protect and Compound the MeaningBrand building is ongoing. Use a brand extension test before launching new products to ensure they reinforce your core meaning.01:24:41 Final Thoughts and Call to ActionThe host summarizes the framework, offers a custom GPT and slides, and asks listeners to share and review the podcast.Links and Mentions:Tools and Resources  "Custom GPT for Brand Building": "00:02:11"  "Ecomm Breakthrough YouTube Channel": "00:09:58"  Notable Concepts and Frameworks  "16-Step Framework for Branding": "00:12:43"  Brands and Examples Mentioned  "Boom Beauty": "00:14:45"  "AG1": "00:15:46"  "Liquid Death": "00:16:39"  "Patagonia": "00:22:41"  "Rolex": "00:22:41"  "Apple": "00:22:41"  Videos and Content  "

Why do some retreat leaders build thriving businesses while others give up after one launch?   It's usually not because they're better marketers.   It's not because they have a bigger audience.   And it's rarely because they have the perfect retreat.   It's because they keep showing up.   In this solo episode, Shannon Jamail shares one of the biggest mindset shifts every retreat leader needs to hear: success doesn't come from avoiding failure-it comes from refusing to quit.   Using Thomas Edison's famous light bulb story as a starting point, Shannon explains why silence, slow sales, and objections aren't signs your retreat is failing. They're simply part of building a business.   If you're wondering whether your retreat is worth continuing to promote, this episode is your reminder to keep going. In This Episode You'll Learn: Whether you're planning your first retreat or you've been leading retreats for years, this episode will encourage you to keep showing up-even when it feels like no one is watching. Key Takeaways Silence Isn't Failure A quiet week doesn't mean your retreat won't fill. It means your marketing is still working its way through the process. Don't Confuse Feedback With Failure A "no" is information. A slow launch is information. Use it to improve-not to quit. The Best Retreat Leaders Stay Visible People rarely book after seeing your retreat once. Consistency builds familiarity, trust, and eventually bookings. Success Belongs to Those Who Keep Going Every successful retreat leader has experienced objections, slow sales, and moments of doubt. The difference is they kept showing up. Your Future Guests Can't Book a Retreat They Never See Visibility isn't a one-time event. It's a habit.   Subscribe:  Apple Podcast | Google Podcast | Spotify   --------- TIMESTAMPS The Real Reason You're Losing Money (00:00:55) Shannon reveals the biggest mistake retreat leaders make: they stop showing up and promoting their offerings too soon. The Thomas Edison Analogy (00:01:09) Using Thomas Edison's persistence, Shannon illustrates the importance of viewing "no's" and objections as data, not failure. Handling Rejection and Feedback (00:02:17) Shannon discusses why retreat leaders spiral after rejection and encourages them to see feedback as data points for improvement. Refining Your Message (00:03:23) Instead of giving up, leaders should analyze feedback to refine their messaging and better communicate their retreat's core transformation. Silence is Not a Verdict (00:04:43) Shannon emphasizes that a lack of sign-ups isn't a reason to quit, but a signal to analyze your messaging. The Power of Desire Over Objections (00:06:02) When a potential client truly desires the transformation you offer, objections like price or time become irrelevant. A Personal Story of Persistence (00:07:05) Shannon shares her personal story of overcoming financial and time objections to attend a retreat in France she truly valued. The Dangers of a Scarcity Mindset (00:09:04) Operating from a place of fear and scarcity will sabotage your efforts and be felt by your potential clients. The Key to Success: Show Up (00:10:01) Shannon reiterates that consistently showing up with belief in your offering is what leads to registrations and a successful business. Common Visibility Mistakes (00:11:04) Many leaders fail because their retreat is hard to find online and their messaging isn't clear to their ideal client. Borrowing Belief from Others (00:11:55) Shannon advises getting into rooms with successful peers to borrow their belief and strengthen your own resolve to succeed.

In this milestone 200th episode of The Unconventional Path, hosts Bela Musits and Mike Wasserman celebrate a major achievement. Only 2.66% of the 4.3 million podcasts globally reach the 200-episode mark, and the team credits their listeners for joining them on this journey of entrepreneurship and innovation. To celebrate, they sit down with Henry DeVries, the CEO of Indie Books International and a former columnist for Forbes. Henry is a master of "Authority Marketing," a strategy that uses book authorship to establish credibility, attract "right-fit" clients, and grow a business. Whether you are a consultant "renting your brain" or a CEO managing a global corporation, Henry explains why a book remains the number one marketing tool in a digital world. The Power of Authority: Henry explains that "authority" literally starts with "author". Writing a book allows you to stop chasing clients and start attracting them by sharing your proprietary processes and expertise. A Book as a Cultural Foundation: Beyond marketing, a book can define a company's culture by codifying core values through stories. Henry shares how legendary leaders like Ray Kroc (McDonald's) and Jack Welch (GE) used books to align their organizations. The "Invisible" Impact: Most people who find value in an author's work may not even finish the book. Henry notes that a book acts as a "three-dimensional business card" that opens doors for speaking engagements, podcasts, and high-level consulting deals. Publishing is the Starting Line: Henry debunks the myth of being "discovered". He provides a practical "marathon" strategy for promotion, including mailing 20 copies a month to key influencers and securing regular speaking spots. Entrepreneurial Resilience: Reflecting on starting his business during the 9/11 crisis, Henry shares lessons on persistence and the importance of listening to what the market actually wants from you. Bela and Mike reflect on how storytelling is the "connective tissue" of successful business communication. They discuss the affordability of professional book production and how a book serves as a lasting foundation for all other media channels, from short-form videos to keynote speeches. The brilliant Wajahat Ali, author of Go Back to Where You Came From, and playwright of The Domestic Crusaders, had me on The LeftHook to share my new book A Reasonable Guide for Unreasonable Women: 20 Steps to Find Your Purpose and Power in a World on Fire. Watch or listen to the full discussion on how to overcome the very real and urgent threat of fascism. (Side note: In France, Marine Le Pen is campaigning for president wearing an ankle monitor, following in the footsteps of her fellow Russian asset, the convicted felon/Epstein wing-man). Trump is doing to our country what he did to the East Wing of our White House. How do we rebuild from the wreckage? That's what A Reasonable Guide for Unreasonable Women is about. It's for anyone tired of Steve Bannon trying to demoralize us and flood the zone with sh*t. It's about concrete steps to stay grounded and focused in a world of chaos, to align your deepest needs and dreams with a higher purpose, creating world domination for the collective good. My own journey begins with being raised on stories of the government trying to kill you, and blame you for the crime, helped by Western corruption to cover-up the torture and murder. I am of course speaking of my Ukrainian heritage and the Holodomor, Stalin's genocide famine in Ukraine. In all my years of studying my family's history and the two monsters, Hitler and Stalin, who drove that history, I look back on America's own, and see the authoritarianism that established this country. The white supremacy blood lust terrorizing Black Americans, Native Americans, mass discrimination and violence against immigrants, and the list goes on. Trump, Stephen Miller, Peter Thiel, and too many others carry on that violent legacy. That's why they're aligned with the Kremlin, which sees Ukrainians as inferior.  In Ukrainian culture, we're taught to fight for our very lives, our voice, our art, our culture, our language, because no one else will. They want to erase us, so we must do the opposite and shine, shine, shine. In Ukrainian culture, art is literally survival. The coded language of poetry preserves historical truth, our shared humanity, our courage and defiance.  Life is incredibly stubborn. Creativity is how we fortify our resilience. A Reasonable Guide for Unreasonable Women provides 20 concrete steps for women–who are the favorite target of fascists, because they fear the fight in us–and their allies–to dream big for themselves and the kind of world we want to live in. That is how we reset the culture, overcome their darkness with our light, and gather our people to create a better world. We are the alternative to their dystopian vision for our future, a future that belongs to us.  To better get to new my new and most personal book, I put together this Q&A:  Empowerment can be a privilege. Many nonwhite women, especially immigrants, are juggling several jobs just to survive. How does this book make space for different lived experiences A Reasonable Guide for Unreasonable Women is based on my own lived experience of being raised in a Ukrainian immigrant family. My grandmothers both worked as maids to survive. So I take nothing for granted when it comes to the diversity of demands on women today. Throughout the book, I share wisdom and insights from women across history. There's also a recommended reading guide in the book, featuring an incredible list of women authors, like Mikki Kendall and trans activist Raquel Willis. I also share a troubling story about a Black mentor telling me to get a white man to join me for my pitch meetings and just sit there. I'm sad to say it did make a difference.  Planting seeds of hope and change – whether that's through launching a dream project like a film, book, business, non-profit, or some other ambitious goal – can be a grind. Does this book highlight organizations on the frontlines doing that unglamorous work in the shadows, helping us build that collective power?  Yes, absolutely! And I made sure that the blurbs (endorsements) featured at the front of the book included voices from grassroots groups, to promote their efforts to a wider audience. Julie Delaurier of Rise and Resist began as an organizer in ACT UP and helped organize Tesla Takedown and No Kings. She also organizes to track and resist ICE raids in NYC. She read the book and provided a heartfelt endorsement. So did civil rights leader Maya Wiley, President of the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, and Holley Atkinson of the grassroots group the Media and Democracy Project bringing legal challenges to the existence of Fox News. Isn't self-help ego-driven?  A Reasonable Guide is all about collective action. Individual choices produce collective action. Think of A Reasonable Guide for Unreasonable Women as Julia Cameron's The Artist's Way meets Timothy Snyder's On Tyranny. Self-knowledge isn't the end goal here; it's the foundation for knowing where you can make an impact. It cites women across movements and their advice on how to stay creative and build power in a time of mass destruction.  But isn't this focus on the self just new age nonsense which is a slippery slope to fascism, given reports of new age online movements being breeding grounds for fascist cult recruitment? This book follows an ancient tradition of taking on an empire with the power of ideas. Ideas cannot be killed. And you cannot stop an idea whose time has come.  Know thyself was popularized by the ancient Greeks, most famously by Socrates who was a champion of women for that time. The Greeks were conquered by the sadistic and corrupt Roman Empire. A couple hundred years later, the Greeks conquered them right back through the power of self-knowledge and ideas. Greek became the dominant language of the Roman Empire. Self-knowledge is not ego. The book walks you through steps to think creatively and conquer doubt in order to build meaningful collective action.  I had to produce my film Mr. Jones myself because no one wanted it. Mr. Jones was a film to bring historical justice and truth to a massive genocide by the Kremlin, covered up for generations, including with the help of Western corruption. A former Ambassador to Ukraine called Mr. Jones Ukraine's Schindler's List. A screening was shut down in Moscow, and Memorial, Russia's once largest NGO that dared to screen it, was liquidated. There were death threats and harassment during the making of the film, but still the team and I fought on, holding on to the power of our creativity and voices. That is what A Reasonable Guide for Unreasonable Women is about: remembering the power of your voice in a world that wants to silence you and kill you. It's also a damn good time.  I hope you will consider checking it out and pre-ordering A Reasonable Guide for Unreasonable Women, which helps build buzz in the industry and gets the word out. Thank you to everyone who has supported my work over the years. It means so much.

Is the end of privacy inevitable? Is programmable money inevitable? Is it inevitable that artificial intelligence will eliminate most of the world's white-collar jobs?Oxford professor Carissa Véliz argues that such claims are a red flag. She's the author of the new book “Prophecy: Prediction, Power, and the Fight for the Future.”Someone who says a future is inevitable is trying to get you to do something and benefit from your belief, she argues. She is convinced that such self‑fulfilling prophecies only work if we believe them and she urges people to defy these narratives by asking: Who is predicting this future? Who benefits? What data supports it—and what missing data might contradict it?Véliz is a philosopher and author who specializes in privacy and the ethics of artificial intelligence. She is an associate professor of philosophy at the Institute for Ethics in AI and a Fellow at Hertford College at the University of Oxford.Prediction, Véliz explains, is a business model: diagnose a problem, promise that more data will solve it, then sell tools to analyze the huge datasets institutions don't know how to use.Throughout history, rulers have attached themselves to prophets. Today, that role is played by immensely rich and powerful tech executives who advise governments and control key infrastructure and access to citizens via social media. In our interview, we discuss how surveillance and behavioral prediction undermine and erode an open society where people should have the freedom to speak, protest, and be anonymous.Other questions we discuss: Do “digital natives” like Gen Z and Gen Alpha—who have never experienced a true non-digital world—even understand the role of privacy? And what are the best antidotes to the harms of digital life?Views expressed in this video are opinions of the host and the guest, and do not necessarily reflect the views of The Epoch Times.

Today's episode is another behind-the-scenes look, this time inside my 200-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training. This teaching comes from the Feminine Form Kundalini module, where we unpack what we mean by feminine energy. In yoga, tantra, and Kundalini, feminine energy isn't about gender or identity. It's archetypal energy, the Shakti current within all of us. In this clip, I explore Shiva and Shakti, the light and dark feminine, and why both matter. I'll also look at how feminine energy becomes blocked, through over-control, disconnection from desire, difficulty receiving, and lack of boundaries. Inside this episode, I explore:

Hey friends, Chase here. Every summer, I revisit conversations from the archive that have stood the test of time. Not because I'm nostalgic, but because the best ideas don't expire. They deepen. This is the sixth and final installment of Summer School 2026—episodes I personally returned to most this year when I was stuck, blocked, or facing a very particular need. This one with Elizabeth Gilbert is the closer for a reason. I kept finding myself spending so much time navigating my internal landscape that it felt like it was taking me away from everything I wanted to do out in the world. And then I remembered something Liz said that rearranged the frame: she considers mental health her full-time job. Writing—being a professional creator—is a hobby she does on the side. That line alone is worth revisiting every summer. Liz Gilbert is the bestselling author of Eat, Pray, Love (more than 12 million copies), a Time 100 most influential person, novelist of City of Girls, and the rare creative who can talk about fear, mercy, grief, and truth-telling without flinching—and without performing enlightenment. She's a force of nature. Spend a few minutes with her and you'll know why. In this conversation, she makes the case that the way out of pain is through honesty. That grace can take you places hustling can't. That mercy is the foundation of any healthy creative life. And that you make the world safe for yourself by telling the truth in it. Grace can take you places where hustling can't. Summer School: Elizabeth Gilbert on Truth-Telling, Mercy, and the Art of Being Yourself Liz opens with City of Girls—a novel about promiscuous girls in 1940s New York theater who behave recklessly with their sexuality and aren't ruined by it. A palate cleanser, she jokes, from Anna Karenina: one orgasm and then you're under the train. Underneath the glamour is a deeper subject: how do you become yourself? How do you just be—not a role, not a brand, not a performance of "good girl"? Her aspiration is almost revolutionary: to be the most relaxed person in every room she's in. To show what it might look like for a woman—for anyone—to be at ease in a world of nearly universal anxiety. How do you get there? Not by hustling harder. Through foundational, almost unbelievable honesty—truth to yourself and truth to others. Spending most of the day saying no. Ending the hustle so grace has room to work. Her great love and teacher, Rayya (Ria in the transcript), lived by a line Liz now lives by too: the truth has legs. It's the only thing left standing in the room at the end of the day. Everything else blows up into drama. Since you're going to end up at the truth anyway—why not start there? If you've ever felt that taking care of your inner world is somehow stealing time from your "real work," this episode will reframe that entirely. The care is the real work. What You'll Hear in This Episode Why City of Girls is about becoming yourself—and why "just being" is rarer than we admit Liz's aspiration to be the most relaxed person in the room—and why honesty makes that possible "The truth has legs"—and how Rayya schooled her in radical truth-telling How withheld truth eventually breaks the body and mind—and why die-or-tell-the-truth becomes the only choice Why people-pleasing is really self-protection, not generosity Creativity and fear: being just 1% more curious than you are afraid A working definition of a creative life: decisions based more on curiosity than fear Mercy as the foundation—for self, for others, for the inevitable disappointment of making imperfect work Mental health as the full-time job; writing as the side practice The daily dialogue with Love that has saved her life for 20 years—and why writing slows the mind What to do when you're creatively stuck: walk away and do something with your hands Truth Has Legs Liz is clear: try to have a completely honest relationship with at least one person in your life—and it's best if that person is yourself. When she was younger, she thought she couldn't tell the truth because the world wasn't safe for it. Later she learned the reverse: you make the world safe for yourself by telling the truth in it. Around 30, the first major truth she couldn't say—ending her marriage—nearly destroyed her. Sleep gone. Appetite gone. Twenty pounds lost. Mental health broken. Physical health broken. Die or tell the truth. She finally told it. Instead of killing her, it brought her to life. And if she'd said it two years earlier, it would have been a greater gift to him as well. People-pleasing, in her frame, isn't kindness. It's manipulation for perceived safety. The other person deserves to know who they're actually talking to. And truth-telling isn't a one-and-done graduation. Life keeps offering another chance to be brave. The only way out is through honesty. Do it again. Trust builds. It gets easier—not because the stakes drop, but because you finally believe the method. Rayya's cancer journey deepened this. When Liz couldn't cope by clinging to her partner as salvation, she had to become the steady one. Wisdom she doesn't share, she says, starts to hurt—like unused talent turns into pain. So she shares. Not out of marketing duty to readers. Out of self-preservation and love. Mercy, Curiosity, and Mental Health as the Job Asked for compressed creative advice, Liz answers in one word: mercy. Mercy for yourself. Mercy for others. Mercy for the inevitable disappointment when what you make isn't the tourmaline butterfly you dreamed—when day one excitement becomes day two self-hatred. The only people who get to day three are the people who have mercy. Ann Patchett's image: smash the gemstone butterfly on day one, then make the weird little thing out of chewing gum and baseball cards and twigs—and say, good job, self. No one's ever made one like that before. That's compassion: ending the argument against reality. This is what we've got. Flap flap. A piece falls off. Keep going. On fear, Liz's saving grace is curiosity—just 1% more curious than afraid. That's enough. Her definition of a creative life isn't watercolor class. It's any life where your decisions are routinely based more strongly on curiosity than fear. Then the life itself becomes the work of art. And here's the Summer School lightning bolt: an enormous percentage of Liz's days is spent managing her mental health—the "dysfunctional family" inside her mind. Writing is what she does on the side. She was managing her mental health on the plane that morning. There are very few days off from saving her own life. Her primary practice for twenty years: a daily dialogue with Love (capital L)—writing the words she always wanted someone to say. I'm right here. I've got you. You can't tire me out. Love doesn't need the room to be different. Love doesn't issue a five-point improvement plan. Love is company in the darkest hour. Writing slows the mind enough to receive that. When creativity is stuck? Don't force the tormented artist fantasy. Walk away. Garden. Fix a bicycle. Power-wash a driveway. Get out of your head and into your hands. Inspiration returns after embodiment—not after more self-punishment. Creators still treat self-care as optional overhead between "real" output. Hustle culture still pretends grace is lazy. This conversation is the antidote. Mental health isn't what you do after you're successful. It's the work that makes everything else possible. Truth isn't a brand strategy. It's how you stop poisoning your own body with secrets. Mercy isn't soft. It's the only way anyone ever reaches day three. That's why this episode earned the final Summer School slot. The year asked a lot of our inner landscapes. Liz's answer is still the one that helps me return to the world without abandoning myself: tell the truth. Tend the mind. Prefer curiosity over fear. Make the imperfect butterfly. Keep company with Love. Class dismissed—until next summer. Keep Going Deeper If this conversation resonates: City of Girls Big Magic Eat, Pray, Love Liz online: elizabethgilbert.com Follow Liz: Instagram | X/Twitter | Website Questions to Reflect On Where am I hustling for a result that only grace—and honesty—can deliver? What truth do I already know I'm going to end up telling—and what would it cost to start with it? Am I making the world safer for myself through honesty, or waiting for the world to feel safe first? Where has people-pleasing become self-protection dressed up as kindness? In my creative work, am I on day two (self-hatred) or practicing the mercy that gets me to day three? If mental health were my full-time job this week, what would change about how I schedule my days? When I'm stuck, am I forcing the art—or am I willing to power-wash a driveway and return to the present? The Core Idea You don't graduate from truth-telling. You practice it. You don't earn rest by producing enough. You save your own life daily so you have a life worth creating from. Liz's invitation—as the last lesson of this Summer School season—is both soft and severe: tell the truth until the room is safe. Put mercy under every creative attempt. Be just slightly more curious than afraid. Tend the warring neighborhood in your mind like it's the job. Write love to yourself when no one else can hold the need. And when the work won't move—move your body instead. If there's one lesson worth carrying forward from this final Summer School session, it's this: Mental health is the work. Creativity is what you get to do when you've tended it—and the only way out of the hard parts is through honesty.

I want to alert you, so you don’t miss out on expert analysis and insider perspectives from my guests who provide tips that can help you uplift the community, improve your financial planning, motivation, or advice on how to be a successful entrepreneur. Keep winning! Two-time Emmy and three-time NAACP Image Award-winning television Executive Producer Rushion McDonald interviewed Zach Shefska. Co-founder of CarEdge, a consumer-focused automotive platform he launched with his father in 2019. CarEdge was created to bring greater transparency, fairness, and efficiency to the car-buying experience through pricing data, negotiation tools, consumer education, and AI-powered resources. The conversation explores the current automotive market, rising vehicle prices, strategies for buying and selling cars, the role of AI in negotiations, and practical advice for consumers seeking to avoid costly mistakes. Purpose of the Interview 1. Educate Consumers About Car Buying Zach's primary objective was to help consumers become smarter car buyers by understanding vehicle pricing, trade-ins, inspections, warranties, financing, and negotiation tactics. 2. Promote Transparency in the Automotive Industry CarEdge was founded to level the playing field between dealerships and consumers by providing tools and information that reduce confusion and increase buyer confidence. 3. Showcase the Power of AI and Technology Zach discussed how AI is being used to assist consumers with vehicle negotiations and purchasing decisions, making the process more accessible and less intimidating. 4. Share an Entrepreneurial Success Story The interview highlights how Zach and his father transformed a simple YouTube channel into a nationally recognized platform that helps hundreds of thousands of consumers each year. Key Takeaways 1. Car Prices Have Reached Historic Levels One of the most eye-opening parts of the discussion was Zach's explanation of today's automotive market. Average new vehicle prices exceed $50,000. Average used vehicle prices exceed $28,000. Affordable entry-level vehicle options have become increasingly rare. Lesson: Consumers need to carefully budget and research before making a vehicle purchase. 2. Never Skip a Pre-Purchase Inspection Zach repeatedly emphasized that a pre-purchase inspection is the most important step when buying a used vehicle. An independent mechanic can uncover issues that may not appear on vehicle history reports. Lesson: Spending a small amount upfront on an inspection can prevent major repair expenses later. 3. Do Most of Your Homework Before Going to a Dealership Today's buyers can complete much of the purchasing process online. Consumers should: Research prices Compare vehicles Review financing options Understand ownership costs The dealership visit should mainly be for the test drive and final inspection. Lesson: Preparation creates leverage and confidence. 4. Think Beyond the Monthly Payment Many consumers focus only on monthly payments when evaluating vehicles. Zach recommends considering: Depreciation Insurance Fuel expenses Maintenance Repairs Financing costs Lesson: The true cost of ownership extends far beyond the monthly note. 5. Extended Warranties Can Be Negotiated Many consumers assume warranty packages and protection plans are fixed-price products. Zach explains that buyers should: Ask for the total cost Understand what is covered Negotiate the price if interested Lesson: Everything in the finance office is part of the negotiation process. 6. Separate Trade-Ins from Vehicle Purchases A major strategy discussed was treating a trade-in as a separate transaction. Before visiting a dealership: Obtain offers from CarMax Obtain offers from Carvana Use those offers as leverage Lesson: Negotiating the purchase and trade separately helps maximize value. 7. Reliability Matters More Than Ever When discussing dependable vehicle brands, Zach highlighted: Toyota Honda Mazda He noted that reliability should be a major factor in purchasing decisions because maintenance and repair costs significantly impact long-term ownership expenses. Lesson: A lower-maintenance vehicle often provides better long-term value. 8. Driving Cars Longer Is a Smart Financial Strategy Rather than frequently upgrading, Zach recommends keeping vehicles longer and extracting maximum value from them. Lesson: Reducing depreciation is one of the easiest ways to save money over time. Notable Quotes On Entrepreneurship "Being an entrepreneur is scary. Putting your name associated with something, there's a lot of responsibility associated with that." On Car Shopping "Do your wants versus needs analysis." On Used-Car Purchases "Get a pre-purchase inspection." On Ownership Costs "The cost of a car is not just your monthly payment." On Extended Warranties "Ask them what the actual price is of the coverage." On Trade-Ins "Treat buying a car and selling a car as two separate transactions." On Affordability "Don't be spending more than 20% of your gross take-home income on your car." On Long-Term Ownership "Drive your car into the ground." On Reliability "Toyota, Honda, Mazda." The CarEdge Value Proposition CarEdge is built around four core principles: Transparency Providing real-time pricing insights and market data. Consumer Empowerment Giving buyers the information and negotiating tools needed to make informed decisions. AI-Powered Assistance Using technology to simplify vehicle buying and negotiation. Consumer Education Helping people avoid common mistakes that cost buyers time and money. Overall Assessment This interview serves as both a practical consumer guide and an entrepreneurial case study. Zach Shefska explains how CarEdge is helping consumers navigate an increasingly expensive and complex automotive marketplace while using technology to make the car-buying process more transparent. The central message is simple: informed buyers make better decisions. Whether purchasing a new vehicle, shopping for a used car, negotiating a warranty, or evaluating a trade-in, success comes from research, preparation, and understanding the full cost of ownership before signing on the dotted line. #SHMS #STRAW #BEST Money Making Conversations Master Class with Rushion McDonald is America's premier entrepreneurship, business leadership, financial literacy, and wealth-building podcast featuring successful entrepreneurs, executives, founders, celebrities, and industry experts sharing actionable insights for professional and financial success. Bran Flakezz talks BB28 Also available on YouTube. Big Brother 28 hits a tense stretch, as cracks form between the house's “icons” and the increasingly desperate newcomers. Rob Cesternino is joined by Bran Flakezz to dive into this week's wild shifts, with eviction speculation, shifting alliances, and Diary Room drama all in play. This episode features social media personality Bran Flakezz, packed with honest takes and detailed insights on the current game. The episode puts the spotlight on turmoil around the Veto and eviction plans following the latest ceremony. With Dee, Devens, and Angela steering the icons, everyone is watching to see if Taylor can escape the “twist gods,” whether Haley survives, or becomes the next big TV villain, and if Chuk's quiet game will cost him. Bran Flakes and Rob discuss why the “diamond Power of Veto” twist looms large, how America's Vote shakes the power, and why bringing just a few returning players causes chaos. They run through House dynamics, like Melody winning over viewers with her Diary Room moments, Angela's polarizing presence, and the constant tension between chaos agents and low-key houseguests. The pair reflect on past and present archetypes, from the ever-present cowboy to the new Gen Z superfan. Bran Flakezz says Taylor is finally catching on, but could be a main target because Devens and others are discussing using the diamond Power of Veto on her. Rob points out Chuk is a nonentity in the house, while Bran Flakezz argues Haley, though called an “asshole,” makes for great TV due to her chaotic gameplay. Discussion of how Angela's gameplay this season feels more passive, letting Dee and Devens take the lead, and how crash-out moments are more justified than last season. Bran Flakezz highlights Drew's main focus as Melody, questioning if gameplay or a showmance is his top priority. Both hosts agree Barrett plays from the bottom despite being a superfan, and Kamu's week-to-week status makes him the season's most unpredictable player so far. Can one molecule almost double our lifespan?Chris Burres is the founder and chief scientist at MyVitalC, the oldest and longest manufacturer of the Nobel Prize-winning ESS60 molecule. He came here to explain why almost nobody has heard of it.The story gets stranger the further in we go. Rice University scientists discovered this ball-shaped carbon molecule in 1985. It performs better than most existing materials in batteries, tires, and inks, and its antioxidant properties are far more powerful than vitamin C. Then a French toxicity study produced unexpected longevity results.Chris outlines the manufacturing process, the liver recovery data, the cancer cell study, the sleep testimonials, and the pet results that leave placebo out of the argument. If you've ever taken C60 and wondered whether you were drinking expensive pee, this one is for you.Visit myvitalc.com/lukestorey and use code STOREY for $30 off your first order. You'll learn:[0:00] Introduction[5:38] The rat study that found 90% longer lifespans[14:15] The graphite-vaporizing, oxygen-free reactor process behind manufacturing pure ESS60[21:18] Adding "not for human consumption" while biohackers kept calling about their 275-pound rats[34:14] The multi-billion-person sleep study we run every daylight savings time[48:47] Why five ampoules a flight became part of my air travel arsenal[55:29] Exploring whether C60 can detox your brain the way activated charcoal can't[1:27:50] The gossip behind the Nobel Prize and the grad students who discovered it but got nothing[1:37:50] Why manually stacking the youth peptide and ESS60 beats using an emulsifier[1:42:45] The Sesame Street test for spotting C60 products that contain zero C60[1:50:39] Three teachers who shaped ChrisResources Mentioned:Wizard Sciences: Use code LUKE for 15% off all products!
