In the previous podcast I have mentioned why you need to come under wakers and achievers category. Now what first thing after waking up should we do? Or which habit to adopt. So as US Navy Admiral-Willam Mc Raven said you should make the bed first after waking this will reinforce that small things matter in a life. The question here arises how this habit can make our schedule or daily task completion more productive? Since as you make up the bed you start your day with the small actions. This small action motivates and inspires you to move to your daily task and routine in a much productive manner. Since as it is said "Start is very much important".So if we start our day with this small habit it can actually makes us satisfied after returning to home in the evening. that I have taken small actions in the morning which will provide a sense of satisfaction which is required in night before going to sleep. Since if you make small steps or actions today you may be developing these habits which will stay with yourself throughout the life to give fruitful results. That's it for the day. Ep-2|Why not to snooze alarm?

https://linktr.ee/beingmotivated In the previous podcast I have described about the process of getting up early and setting an alarm. Now since we have set up an alarm do we generally wakes up is the question arises here? While going to bed and setting an alarm for next morning we think that we will wake up next day and start with our daily routine doing exercise, mediation, listening to some music, etc but that dosen't happen in the most of the cases with the most of the people and we postponed that from tomorrow we will start waking up and since tomorrow does not come we preferably follow the same routine. There is 4 type of possibility while people set an alarm. First when alarm rings in the morning, alarm continues to go and the guy doesn't wakes up but the nearby them wakes up that guy is in state of slumber and I call them as Sleepers. Second one, when the alarm rings in the morning the guy for the most probably thing that might most of you are doing that is snoozing the alarm. The guy snoozes the alarm for 5 minutes and that 5 minutes when become hour it might not know and therfore I called them as Snoozers, Third one when the alarm rings the guy instantly wakes up and switch off the alarm and continue to sit in the bed though completely confused, lost and asking themselves why I set an alarm and again get back to sleep, I called them as a fallers. Fourth one, when the alarm rings the guy simply wakes up revised their goals in their mind and develop some positive visualization about their dreams and wakes up from the bed and therfore I called them as Wakers. These are the guys who are really passionate to wake up and do follow their routine which ultimately makes them achievers and therfore ask yourself genuinely in which category do you fall? Are you not playing safe! So I recommend you to be in category of achievers but not in sleepers, snoozers and fallers. So snoozing the alarm makes your mindset affect, you get into the wrong path of postponding your work or task and in the long way it can ruin your ultimate life. So try to cultivate that habits which might create a little pain before, but ultimately will give you a fruitfull results. I Akash would give you powerful habit tip and tricks that if you apply in your life you can also become rich and sucessfull. Have you ever wondered at what time Apple CEO wakes up in the morning! So Tim Cook wakes up at 4:30am daily in the morning. I will not tell you to wake up at this time but let take another example have you ever thought when does billionaires wakes up in the morning time that is Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk they wakes up around 6-7am daily in the morning. At this time the whole world gets up and start thier busy daily routine and sometimes we wakes up in a hurry to go to office, school and colleges and therefore your routine starts in a hurry manner. So i would recommend you not to wake up at this time. The best to to wake up is around 6-7am in the morning. The great thing of waking up early is you can spend your time with yourself for Self-assesment and growth in the life by using affirmation. The science behind waking up early is literally interesting in morning time there are lots of positive energy you can feel and accomplish, you will be self motivated and inspired. If you wake up early you are ahead of the world and may be reaching your goal earlier. Now how to wake up is the question yes that's where the habit part comes. Since waking up early requires lot of self commitments and awareness about why should you wake up and that we have already talked about here now comes self commitment which is how to develop that quality? So first you have to observe your routine pattern and what time you want to wake up. If you figure out that than now try to set an alarm 5-10 min earlier of what you were waking up earlier and in the same manner you have to reduce the time by 5-10 minutes. This will help you to break your past time routine and create new one and after practicing this several times you will be able to wake at your desire time and you will become self committed and disciplined throughout the life. You can use an app called Alarmy which will make your waking up routine easier. Till than thank you.
