Episode 6: an interview with Toni Walters, director of Sustainable Roots. Sustainable Roots is a non profit organization that operates in Cosanga Ecuador helping the people there to live better, more sustainable lives while doing what they can to slow the process of deforestation in the local rain forest. Toni is also an avid climber and adventurer and she talks a bit about her adventures. Toni is a good friend of mine and I was super excited to finally sit down with her over Skype while she sat in an internet cafe in a near by town in Ecuador. My first Skype interview which presented some new challenges and I got to learn a few new tricks.
